SA Power Networks undertake a range of structured engagement activities and programs.
In 2016, they developed their Stakeholder Engagement Strategy which reflects their commitment to continue to work with stakeholders, build on past engagement experiences and continue to embed effective stakeholder engagement practices across the business.
A key outcome of the strategy was the reconstitution of SA Power Networks Customer Consultative Panel (CCP), and the establishment of five focused Reference Groups.
