This questionnaire is developed by the Kremlin Watch Program of the European Values Think Tank for research purposes. We track EU and U.S. think tanks' connections with the Russian state and oligarchic interests.  All responses will be kept anonymous. Permission to quote will be solicited from experts, who will indicate their names and institutions.
