Most of my items are made with 100% Cotton Fabric that has Not been washed. To protect the quality and appearance of your Hand Made Boutique items it is suggested that they are washed the following way.

1.) Hand Washing in Cold Water with Mild Detergent and Line/Hang Dry

2.) Machine Washing in Cold Water on Delicate with Mild Detergent and Partially Dry on Low in Dryer. Hang Dry for remainder.

Tip: "Color Catchers" are helpful in the wash if item has drastic color differences like Red and White

Tip: Straighten or Flatten ruffles when removed from Washing/Drying saves some ironing time :)

Tip: Iron with Hot Iron and Steam on Cotton but be careful of Lace and Trims as they may melt

**Dry Cleaning is recommended on some items

My Current Processing time is listed as up to 10 Weeks.
Please remember that is the time I need to Hand Make your Fresh Clean Item. Business Days are Monday-Friday and DO NOT include Holidays or Weekends.

Therefore, your shipping times will start after your item is made and packaged and once my USPS Mail Carrier Picks up your package in Michigan. Since I may ship USPS Priority Mail in most cases it should take 2-6 Business Days once it's on the way. However, that is Not Guaranteed and can take longer.

If you need it sooner Contact me, Rush order and Express Mail Shipping are available upon check out.

Free Shipping Items needing a Return will incur a Restocking Fee Equal to the Cost of the Shipping/Fees Paid.
If it is a Seasonal Item there may be additional Restocking fees.

Exceptions:
All Custom items made to measurements or special fabric just for you are Not Returnable or Exchangeable.

All Items Unexpectedly Delayed in Transit once shipped are Non Returnable or Exchangeable.

Packages taken to Post Office but not scanned properly due to them being overwhelmed is Not my fault and will Not be Refunded.

All Items that may have been Stolen once delivered need to follow proper channels of proof with GPS Tracking and Police Reports filed to warrant a clam with shipping carrier.
