Our main mission is to work our land and produce food and wine in a way which, until not that long ago, has been dictated only by Nature. It was Nature that shaped the course of winemaking over eight millennia, and we hope that it will continue for at least as long.

Ever since we started out, we engaged in environmentally friendly agriculture, but in 2010 we decided to make the next step and go biodynamic. A while ago, we made the decision to involve a third authority to vouch for our integrity in order to demonstrate to our customers that we run a transparent and fair operation. As a result, the farm obtained the Organic Certificate (Eko) and the Demeter Certification, which cover all our grapes and wines, fruit, olives and oil.
