Emergency Legal Expenses & Emergency Water Supply

I am being tried in county circuit court for a Targeted Individual issue and I had to hire a lawyer to defend me against trespassing, menacing and 17 counts of disorderly conduct.  Also, I have to have an emergency water tank and generator for a rural house.   My neighbors have prevented me from moving and one of them has taken my driveway now saying his is private property and now I have no street access to my property.   After my trial, I will have to sue my neighbor to get my driveway back and if I dont, he will be able to buy my land for a third less than it costs and resell it at full price.
