Starry Night Glass Art

Every weekend starting 11/30/19 to 12/22/19, Starry Night Glass Art will have Open Studio and Glassblowing Demo from noon to 6:00 p.m. Watch 2nd generation glassblower Jason making Christmas ornaments, sip some hot cocoa and pick out hand-crafted glass Christmas ornaments right off our Christmas tree (or have him custom make one for you)!

Popular CAA artist Amy Martin will be one of 14 local artists showing at Sunnyshore Studio's Christmas on Camano show on Saturdays, December 7 and 14. This will be a fun show with lots of great art, books, prints, maps, and cards. Do some of your holiday shopping at Sunnyshore and support local artists.

Creating art is my entry into a world unknown to most left brained people. It enriches our experiences in a way not comprehended by most non artists.

My wife Paula once said, "Before you, I didn't see anything while driving except some cars and a yellow line. Now I notice the sunlit hillside or the way fog is lifting from the farmland or the contrast colors across a field."

Linda Dillon deJong

Linda Dillon deJong is a stained glass artist, nature photographer and author living on Camano Island. Her art is inspired by the beauty of nature. Linda is a Mom to many children adopted from all over the world. After she became a Grandmother, Linda began to write nature photography books to teach children to love our natural world that is full of amazing birds, plants and animals.

Put your creative artistic talents to use by bringing something fun and delicious to make this a great party!!

DONATION: The committee decided to ask for $$ donations rather than having everyone bring a gift. The donations will go to help support the Afternoon with Santa that the Center is sponsoring. They are badly in need of funds to produce the event.

We look forward to having you all at the party!! Come celebrate the holiday season!
