This book guys is astounding and heart breaking. Hunter out broody assassin who hates his debt but lines begin to blur and obsession grows into something more when he is thrust into Roes' life rather than hiding in the shadows. Roe is a beautiful character who was raised by a mother obsessed with death, she refuses to make connections, plan too far in the future and just gets by, when suddenly she discovers her life isn't what it seemed and in her shadow has loomed this presence, who has been protecting and providing for her without her knowledge.

Coralee has way of writing that captivates me from the very first page to the last. I loved delving back into the bullets world even if it's just on the edges. I cannot wait for the next book and I loved the poetry in this story, it really added to the glow of the book.

This book is amazing! I was captivated within the first chapter! Most of the time it’s girl meets bad boy, they argue, have sex then a cliffhanger for the next book.

But not this story. I cried, like literally ride at the end and that never happens. And then the end that was so unexpected, CoraLee June I hate you ( not really but you get the drift) how can you do that to us!! Number two better come soon or I don’t know what I’ll do

A Lovely Obsession is poetry and prose and heartache and sin, bled into life and laid bare for our consumption. Hunter and Roe's story is a magnificent journey of how damage can be beautiful, and beauty damaged. I loved every minute of it, and ache for the next book. A triumph!

A Lovely Obsession held me captive right to the very end. It’s a slow burning love, but you don’t actually mind waiting because the story was so well written that your just breathing the pages. This review has to be short because it would be far too easy to give away everything.

Roe was extremely witty and sarcastic. She was reckless while also being extremely aware. She ran before danger could get her, but little did she know danger was controlling her entire life.

Hunter was smooth, vicious, broody and extremely mysterious. His job was playing God and he soon begin to pay with his only weakness.

One stalkers debt, obsession. One girls life filled with lies made a explosion of a story!

I loved the way their paths twined together like prickly thorns. This book was packed with so much anguish and secrets. I finished this book in less then twenty four hours because I just could not put it down. I didn’t read this book it read me. The words seeped through my soul and chained me down to my seat until I completely devoured it. It starved me making me beg for more and lucky me because the next book comes out next week.
If you haven’t picked up this book and twisted love is your kryptonite, then you need to read this book!

A Lovely Obsession is... WOW! Wonderful? Amazing? Beautiful? I actually don’t even know how to describe the emotions and feelings it brings out when reading but it’s definitely powerful!

The intensity and vulnerability in Roe and Hunters relationship is beautifully tragic to read. You feel your heart breaking for the frightened and self conscious little people still within them and want to scream at them to move forward and be brave.

What a fantastic story! I cannot wait to find out what’s to come next for them because that ending has me all tied up in knots!!

I'm sure if I had read this before the entire Bullets series, I would have given this 5 stars but this book just didnt evoke the kind of feeling (such an incomplete word) I had while reading about the Bullets. I was able to put this one down and come back to it unlike when I gorged the Bullet series. I dont mean to take away from this book and what I hope is a great read in book 2 because this really was a good read. I'm glad to have read it and will read book 2.

It’s definitely not what I was expecting, especially as it’s a spin off from The Bullets Series. It started off slow and although it did get exciting the reason behind the stalking just felt a tad underwhelming for me. It’s still a good read though and I look forward to reading the next book.
