Eyre Peninsula Community Foundation Board are offering  2 Tertiary Scholarships for 2021.

The purpose of the scholarship is to provide funding for Eyre Peninsula students moving away from home to study at a South Australian university for the first time after completion of year 12. Students attending an interstate university may also be eligible if their course is not avaible in South Australia. The funds are to assist with the costs of books and other resources needed for establishment away from home.

Foundation Chair Garry Downey states, “The Foundation is proud to assist our Eyre Peninsula students aspire to higher education away from the Eyre Peninsula and in time return here to apply their learning and strengthen our regional communities.”

The Eyre Peninsula Community Foundation carefully manages a growing base of donated funds and works with philanthropic and other partners to ensure the best possible value and impact from each of its community projects, regional student advancement and home hospice services on Eyre Peninsula. The Foundation is supported by the invaluable work of the Book Bazaar volunteers and committed administrative staff.
