Hello Nobles, families, and friends,

In light of the world public health situation, it is only prudent to take the following actions to safe- guard all associated with the Azan Shriners:

1. The Azan Fish Fry planned for March 22^nd, will be re-scheduled. Hold your tickets, which will be honored at a future date.
2. TGIF on Friday, March 20^th, is NOT CANCELLED. The lounge will be open, however there will be no food service. I will keep you notified on a weekly basis regarding future TGIF’s and other events at Azan Shrine.
3. I leave to the discretion of each Club and Unit to deal with their meetings and activities separately. Communicate with your members directly regarding plan changes. Please contact the Potentate with a written message if you would like it to be distributed to all Azan Email recipients.
4. The SHRINERS CHARITY DRIVE (aka Paper Crusade) on March 27-28-29^th is Cancelled. At a future date we will contact those stores involved to reschedule.
5. The Azan STATED MEETING on April 2^nd IS CANCELLED.
