What you need to do today...

Your workout today is a cracker and suitable for all levels as me and Gemma, swap between high and low levels so you can mix and match.

It was supposed to be 45 on 15 off but at the last minute we changed it to 50 on 10 off, which we paid for (and will show you an out take tomorrow!)

If 50/10 is too much for you stop when you need to and take extra rest seconds, sometimes just 5 or 10 extra seconds makes a big difference!

Remember what I said in the audio yesterday...

FIND THE FIRE WITHIN YOU!

Your Tummy ATTACK Daily Article!

I read a great book about 7 years ago called Fat around the Middle by Marilyn Glenville and she has a lot of expertise on helping women reduce excess fat around their tummy areas.

We agree on most things (we disagree on women eating soya products and more fresh fruit) so I wanted to share this fantastic article about nutrition and weight loss as well as encouraging women to think about the cause not the symptom (we agree big time on this)

I love the analogies she uses about our bodies being like a tree. CLICK HERE to read the full article.

Your Tummy ATTACK Recipe of the Day!

I've got a few Tummy ATTACK friendly recipes in this amazing link for you! Click here to read, they all feature kale which is an amazing vegetable, full of nutrients.

The kale, sweet potato and hazelnut recipe is particularly delicious!

Your Tummy ATTACK Tip of the Day!

Chew your food!

I used to be a very quick eater and over time I trained myself to eat more slowly. I still need reminding from time to time, but chewing our food properly not only helps us feel more satisfied, it helps our digestion out, which helps our tummies feel AND look better.

CLICK HERE to read why chewing your food properly can change your life.

As I taught my kids to eat, I used to say, 'chew, chew, chew' in a really annoying voice, but try it, because many adults need to be re-taught how to eat.

    Tummy picture inspiration!

We often see in others, things we don't see in ourselves, or vice versa. This is a client of mine who is 43, has 4 children, has gone from a size 14 to a size 10 in the last 12 months. She can do 20 full press ups and sets and sets of burpees. She rocks!

What does she see? "Stretch marks, excess fat/skin and wobble".

What do I see? "Great ab definition, especially obliques, narrow waist and toned hips"

What do you see? If you saw a woman in a bikini with a little excess skin, what would you think? Would you be critical? Would you look at it? Would you think 'Why isn't she wearing a swimming costume?" Just some good questions to ask yourself, more on this in tomorrow's audio!

    More tummy picture inspiration!

This story went viral because, shock horror a woman wears a bikini with stretch marks and.... FEELS GOOD about herself!

“I have stretch marks and I wear a bikini. I have a belly that’s permanently flabby from carrying three giant babies and I wear a bikini"

"I wear a bikini because I’m proud of this body and every mark on it. Those marks prove that I was blessed enough to carry my babies, that flabby tummy means I worked hard to lose what weight I could"

"I wear a bikini because the only man who’s opinion matters knows what I went through to look this way. That same man says he’s never seen anything sexier than my body, marks and all"
