We hope you are all well and staying safe.
Since our last newsletter we've been working hard to prepare for reopening in July, subject to government guidelines. The Kirkstile experience will be a little different than you're used to for the time being, but rest assured we cannot wait to welcome you all back. See below for an insight into the changes we're implementing to ensure we have a covid-compliant environment for both staff and customers.

The Kirkstile Inn Team

Our priority when we reopen will first and foremost to keep our customers and staff, safe whilst on our premises. To ensure we can do this we're in the process of putting in the following measures, amongst others:

• Reduced capacity as a few tables will be removed
• Screens between tables where necessary
• A seated dining experience, meaning food and drink orders will be served at the table rather than customers having to go to the bar
• Online or single-use menus
• Enhanced cleaning procedures for rooms and public areas
• Hand sanitising stations
• Appropriate PPE for staff

We are guessing that by now you're in need of a change of scenery and the opportunity to unwind in beautiful surroundings. if this is the case, we have some positive news for you!

We have decided to open our reservation system for a limited number of rooms from 4th July. If you cannot come as a result of government guidelines relating to Covid-19, we will move the booking to another date or offer a refund.

We are of course disappointed that we won't be able to welcome all the brilliant Dads and their families to Kirkstile this year, but how about bringing a bit of Kirkstile to them? We think it's the next best thing! Our award-winning Cumbrian Ales are still available for Clcik & Collect or delivery.
