AAMS is collaborating with executive search firm, The Grace Blue Partnership, on a free-to-use platform called TRANSITION, to help talent in transition
due to COVID-19.
A global industry-wide collaboration for the advertising and media community, TRANSITION is designed to do two principal things:
- Provide inspiration and access to job opportunities - A cross-industry collaboration, TRANSITION brings together a collection of inspirational content, industry insights, advice, training, and tools to help displaced talent best transition across the advertising, media, and marketing industry.
- Provide opportunities – in collaboration with Grace Blue’s network, global agencies, media owners and brands will be able to post any need they may have and hire. At the same time, those looking for an opportunity can register their details, skills and experience and connect to companies. All at no cost.
AAMS’ ambition with Grace Blue is to reach individuals in our industry who have found themselves impacted, and reach companies that are hiring. AAMS is building an “AAMS Talent Board” to offer a repository of Singapore based talent where skills and experience can be identified by employers easily.
