5 out of 5 starsI didn't anticipate the shipping to take quite as long as it did, and I messaged Natalia about my concern after they were still I think five days past the eta date. She responded super quickly and assured me that customs often takes a while for international shipments and to let her know if they didn't come so she could send me a replacement. They came I think about four days later. Once they did finally arrive I was not disappointed in the slightest!! They are very beautiful and high quality! I hope they last for a good long time!! I put each on a thermos mug for my brother and sister in law and at first the slight curve of the thermos was causing the sticker to bubble up in a few spots but a good heat up with a blow drier and they adhered on there nice and smooth! Thanks again for such beautiful products!
