* If you are a student, please send a copy of your student ID card to the registration team at obes.reg@gmail.com

* If you are SASO Associate member, you will get 10% discount from the registration fees.

* Registration closes on 23th October 2023, 12:00PM (GMT+8)

Cancellation and Refund Policy: 

* Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing / email to the Congress Secretariat: obes.reg@gmail.com

* Cancellation received after 14th August 2023 will incur a penalty fee of 50% of registration fee paid.

* No refund will be made for any cancellation received after 30th August 2023. Substitution of names is allowed without any penalty charge.

* The organisers reserves the right to refuse admission and the publication of your abstract if full payment has not been made.

* Applicable refund will be processed after the Congress.

* The cancellation policy is non-negotiable.
