LMLIP Welcoming Landlord Award Nomination
The London & Middlesex Local Immigration Partnership (LMLIP) Welcoming Landlord Award recognizes landlords who are intentional about being members of a welcoming community.

Award criteria include:
- Integrating newcomers into their properties
- Being welcoming
- Collaborating with settlement services
- Being thoughtful about simplifying the process of settlement
- Communicating effectively with tenants and potential tenants

A single award is designated on an annual basis and is announced at the LMLIP day in March.

Nominations are accepted from within London and Middlesex. No self-nominations are accepted.

Nominations are due by Sunday January 31st. Awards will be presented March, 2021 at the LMLIP 'All Are Welcome' event.

Nominations are only accepted online through this form.

Nominations are adjudicated by the Settlement Sub-Council of the LMLIP.
