My favorite part of being a Bright Morning member is participating in a supportive community dedicated to learning. I am enjoying the connections with professionals across the country in a variety of roles. We are able to be risk-takers together in role-plays, which help strengthen the new skills. I feel empowered and excited after every session. My colleagues have shared observations in my growth as a coach and facilitator. My membership has been an investment in myself professionally and personally.

My favorite part of being an All-Inclusive Bright Morning member is the opportunity to access so many workshops in community with others, and a bank of resources to work through alone. It has been rigorous and invigorating!

Wow!! An amazing year of learning, diving in and then going deeper. From prework to follow-up, every detail was carefully considered, planned, and delivered. I can’t get enough! I love the opportunities and ability to redo courses throughout the year. I have made so many changes this year due to the learning obtained from the Bright Morning team. As an Instructional Coach, my Bright Morning membership helped me deepen my coaching skills and stay energized. My favorite part of being a Bright Morning member is getting to learn with amazing presenters and other coaches from all over the world. I especially love working with my peer coaches over multiple sessions - sharing our real-life experiences and things we've taken from these learning sessions has accelerated my growth as a coach so much. And I also really value that my membership allows me to schedule PD when it fits my ever-evolving schedule. Plus, there are powerful one-day sessions - shout out to the Transformational Conversation Accelerators!

My favorite part of being a Bright Morning member is the access to the incredible resources associated with our membership. Bright Morning is already generous with the free tools they provide educators and, as a member, there’s even more access. Another favorite part of my membership is that the incredible trainers actually show us how to use the tools in Elena’s books for full impact. I’ve learned so much about myself and my work and have leveled up my skills as both a coach and trainer. This membership is the gift that keeps giving!

As a teacher leader and future instructional coach, my Bright Morning membership has given me access to research-based information and precious learning experiences with the coaches during class. My Bright Morning membership has shifted the way I see myself and the impact my work can have on others and their teaching and learning experiences. My favorite parts of being a Bright Morning member are pacing my own learning, as well as all the opportunities to watch and be part of live coaching sessions to extend my learning and strengthen my coaching skills.
