BRF Festival Programme Event Submission 2021
Bristol Refugee Festival aims to celebrate and value the contribution of refugees and asylum seekers to our city.  

If you would like your event to be included in this years programme, please fill out form below.  

We will prioritise events that are either led or inclusive of refugee and asylum seekers.

Please note that not every event can be included on the printed programme, but all relevant events will be included on our website and will be promoted via our social media platforms.

COVID-19: Due to current circumstances, we will be running a hybrid event programme between 6th - 20th June. Please see our COVID-19 Guidelines at the end of this form  **Be aware that things may change.

Covid Guidelines
As the legislation stands currently, we are recommending that organisers adhere to the rules for the general public.
- Gatherings of up to 30 outdoors are permitted
- The rule of 6 or 2 households indoors
- Social distancing outside your household will also still be in place, so you need to plan for this (distancing seating, sanitiser etc).
If you are doing a small live event as above, we will provide you with a sample Risk Assessment

We know there are some different rules in place for events and venues, which you are welcome to explore. Please read the Council and government guidelines below. Please do indicate in the form above if this is something you are thinking about.
