With COVID-19 impacting on primary industries securing workers and tourism and hospitality filling roles in our regions, Regional Development Australia Eyre Peninsula (RDAEP) have partnered with the State Government to create ‘Real Work, Real Experience’, an initiative to bring workers and employers together to support our regions.

If you need additional staff now, or expect that you will need access to staff soon, we want to help by sourcing workers available to meet your needs. Employers need to complete an online Expression of Interest, this will only take a couple of minutes. Your vacancy will then be posted on our job board for approximately 4 weeks.

If you are looking for work, please register your details here, we will then be able to support you gain employment. The survey will only take a few minutes with follow up communication to help determine the next steps for you to find employment.

To find out more about the initiative, please visit the Regional Work Website  or contact Regional Workforce Coordinator, Casey Peters on casey.peters@rdaep.org.au.
