The purpose of this form is to collect feedback and suggestions on how we can best support you as admins and coaches as the LTA brings in the single sign on for you and your members/players that use ClubSpark. We have some suggestions that we have had collected with the live user testing but we hope this form will provide an opportunity to hear from a wider audience. The form is anonymous, however, if you do want to to be contacted you can provide your name, contact details and venue/coaching name at the end of the form.
