About Chef Lisa

Hi! I'm Chef Lisa.

I'm a plant-based chef, lifestyle coach, health educator, podcast host, yoga teacher, personal trainer, and founder of Free Flowing Health. For over two decades, I’ve helped people transform their lives through plant-based cooking, yoga, mindfulness and physical fitness.


Born and raised in NYC, I spent my younger years living life in the fast lane. Working as a full-time EMT while in college, coupled with a poor diet, lots of stress, and little to no sleep left me running on empty with a number of health issues including a severe back injury, hormonal imbalances, terrible acne, low energy, and extreme depression/anxiety.  

 

After turning to yoga for physical rehabilitation and adjusting my lifestyle, diet, and mindset, I experienced deep and long-lasting healing and shifts on all levels of being.


Overcoming these adversities fueled my passion for healthy living and sparked a deep desire to be of service to others. Today, I combine my work as a chef, coach, and educator to help people around the world achieve greater levels of health, happiness, and harmony.  Discover the joy of plant-powered living and embrace a holistic approach to wellness.
