‘Girl Like Me’ tells an unhappy tale about a dejected young woman who experiences an emotional breakup with her significant other. Apparently, her companion left her to be with a promiscuous woman, and ever since then, her life hasn’t been the same. In desperation, she created a profile on Tinder after her ex blocked her for some unknown reason. Now, she sits at home judging her body, wondering what went wrong. Later, she realizes that her ex doesn’t love her anymore, and she doesn’t know why. Also, she can’t identify what she lacks that her ex’s girlfriend has, and even entertains the thought of becoming something she’s not.
