I'm up for election for the IOC Athletes' Commission in Paris. Why? One reason: the Olympics have been my most special and treasured memories and I want to keep making the Games even better. But my biggest reason: I believe athletes as a collective have the power to create immense positive change in the world. I want to help the IOC and Olympic athletes be the tip of that spear. We can do more. We can do better.

I'm in for $5 per punch. Malaria kills hundreds of thousands of young kids EVERY YEAR. I have 5 young nephews and nieces and I cannot imagine losing them to an easily preventable disease. It was an absolute pleasure chatting with Liv Boeree, though I admit it was a particularly intimidating conversation given how insanely smart she and her previous guests are. Loved every second of it.

Thank you ATP Tour for raising awareness of my campaign, but damn this comeback has been heartbreaking so far. I've gone 0 for 6, four of them being within four points of victory (and the biggest one, Aus Open, losing after having two match points). Knowing that there's so much more than my own success riding on these matches adds a bit of pressure, but it's a beautiful pressure, and I'm determined to find the winning habit again. Not just for the good it will do in the world, but because these back-to-back losses are getting me down in a big way, and I don't want my final year on tour to leave me with a bad taste in my mouth.
