The Eyre Peninsula Community Foundation (EPCF) awards grants to local charitable organisations, community groups and proactive, visionary individuals to make a real difference to communities on Eyre Peninsula.

EPCF invites proposals for locally run and led volunteer projects focused on sustainable long-term community development and capacity building. Grants can be between $500 and $2000.

“The Foundation particularly supports projects involving minority or disadvantaged groups, and where innovation and community collaboration is evident”, said Chairman Garry Downey.

“We also respond to new issues and opportunities as they arise and consider unusual requests, particularly ideas for community projects normally not eligible for assistance from traditional funding programs”.

If your community project satisfies at least some of the criteria, you should apply for the 2021 Community Grant round.

The EPCF 2021 community grant round opens 9am Monday 30 August 2021 and closes at 5pm on Friday 24 September 2021.

The Eyre Peninsula Community Foundation carefully manages a growing base of donated funds and works with philanthropic and other partners to ensure the best possible value and impact from each of its community projects, regional student advancement and home hospice services on Eyre Peninsula. The Foundation is supported by the invaluable work of the Book Bazaar volunteers and committed administrative staff.
