PressItWP offers two services to the WordPress community.

Press Releases

Any company, person, or service related to WordPress in any way can post press releases at no charge. The press releases are not hosted on PressItWP, there’s simply a link to the actual press release hosted by the submitter.

Sales

Any company, person, or service related to WordPress in any way can make a post announcing a sale of a product or service. Imagine Christmas sales, Independance Day sales, product anniversary sales, black friday sales, etc.

Is there a charge for this service?

No, PressItWP is offered at no charge as a service of the HeroPress Network.

Are submissions moderated?

User creation is moderated, and a user’s first submission is moderated. Once a user is trusted, they may post unmoderated submissions. A user who abuses the system will not be allowed to return.

Can I schedule submissions?

Yes. For Press Releases there’s a start date, and the press release will not appear until that date has passed. For historical reference, press releases remain visible forever.

For Sales, the start date functions similarly, but there’s also an end date, and the sale will disappear from the site once that date has passed.
