    This is the second book in this amazing series and is Anton and Elise’s story. Anton is one of Hollywood’s biggest heartthrobs and has everything in his life that he desires except for love and a family. Elise is one of the more successful real estate agents and she yearns for marriage and children. These two are comfortable with their long-distance relationship until the dynamic change. When tragedy strikes their relationship begins to unravel, and tough choices needs to be made, and as Elise’s life spirals out of control, tough love is needed, and challenges need to be overcome. This is a well written story which it an emotional roller coaster, and pulls at the heartstrings throughout, and is filled with depression, miscommunication, addiction, and love, which all leads to a riveting page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend. Be aware there may be triggers for some readers due to the sensitive content!

    They had everything together, successful jobs, a loving relationship but the one thing Elsa needed was taken from her and can she come back from the abyss with the love and care of Anton.

    Elsa has a high powered job being the most successful Realtor in the city, although with her relationship with Anton being long distance she is surprised when he pops the question and will she be able to have what she has always wanted love and children.

    Anton is a Hollywood superstar who has yearned for a family for such a long time, when he saw Elsa he knew straight away when he saw her she was the one, so when he proposed and she said "yes" all he dreams would come true. But he was not prepared for what comes.

    This story is heart-breaking, I was utterly devastated by the trials and tribulations this couple goes through. At the beginning everything was going great and then when Elsa has something tragic happen to her there world is turned upside down.

    The author has written a great story with compassion and understanding regarding the subject matter. My heart went out to utter devastation of Elsa and was wishing her to come out of the spiral she was falling in to at great speed. I have another book boyfriend or even promote him to husband status, his character was so desperate to help his wife that he battled through the dark path the story took them down.

    I can't wait to read more from this author and this series.

    This is the second book in the author’s Titans of Manhattan series, and is a love story between Anton and Elsa. Anton is a Hollywood actor in love with Elsa who is a realtor in New York City. The book takes us through the first year of their marriage and all the difficulties that they endure. Be warned there could be some triggering topics within the story such as addiction, loss, and depression. Tragedy continues to strike the couple and between that and Anton always being away, strain is left on the marriage. Elsa ends up not dealing with the life struggles she has and turns to drugs instead of her husband. However, Anton sticks by his wife whose life became very difficult to live and never gave up on her; he knew all about that difficult life, too, his childhood was full of tragedy. They always said the first year of marriage was the toughest, this couple shows us just that, but also shows how when love is present, there are ways through the pain.

    One of the things I love to find in any book I read is the life lessons that can be learned. Through all of the struggles, this couple shows us so many of these life lessons. I loved that the author made Elsa feel real, when I read what she was going through, I could imagine exactly how that feels. However, Elsa consistently made me upset because of the assumptions she projected about her husband. She was always so quick to push him away and assume the worst, instead of taking a moment to listen. Anton showed us that men have feelings, care, and are more than what assumptions have produced. He also showed us that when you love so deeply, you will find a way to support, stick by their side, and find a way to get through it because the love and the people involved are worth it.

    Wrecked! Emotionally Wrecked. There might have been actual, flowing down the cheek tears for this one.

    Elsa Ftizgerald, Queen of New York real estate, is dating one of the hottest Hollywood heartthrobs, Anton Kingston. Elsa thinks her life is perfect when Anton pops the question. Elsa plans her dream beach wedding. Life is grand until it isn’t. Elsa turns to drugs and alcohol to fill the emptiness.

    Anton Kingston knows that he found the one when he finds Elsa. There are so many qualities about her that make Elsa different, the biggest is that she is not phased by his celebrity. After getting married and planning a life with Elsa, Anton’s past haunts him. Soon he realizes that chasing the perfection he craves might just cause him to lose the one thing he can’t live without, Elsa. Can Anton change the course of his life without repeating history?

    The author describes the hard-hitting issues in the story with respect and delicacy. When Elsa tells her story, the feels are all too real. On a side note, I want to punch her mother. I haven’t liked a book that I have read by this author and this one did not disappoint. I am looking forward to another Titan love story soon!!
