Mister #6

Mr. Notting Hill

Rate this book
Ever proposed marriage on a first date?

To a guy you first met covered in whipped cream?

(I haven't even mentioned the bit where he won our date at an auction)

There's no ring in my pocket, but I really hope he says yes.

Not because I'm in love with him—that would be ridiculous.

He needs to impress my father and I need access to my trust fund. That's all our union will be about.

For three months, I've just got to ignore the rock-hard muscles I felt when I ran into him, the look in his eye that tells me he tastes as good as he looks, and the chemistry that sizzles between us whenever we're together.

Easy. Right?

A feel-good, fake marriage, standalone in the mister series.

Tristan is a dreamboat! I seriously fell for Mr. Notting Hill.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Louise Bay always seems to get my attention, and with this story, Tristan made me fall in love. Sweet, funny, and deliciously hot, how can you not be sucked into this book?
The balance between the two lovers is captivating and I really enjoyed the heck out of this one! Even though the basic theme is used often, Bay’s talent goes above and beyond with her development and engaging story. Not to mention, Mr. Notting Hill is deliciously steamy and hot. Yummmm
This book is a part of a series, but you can definitely read it as a stand-alone. We do get some interaction with several carryover characters from the other books which will probably encourage you to grab those. Besides they are worth the read too! I have reviewed most of them!
Now we have to wait an eternity for the next billionaire read from Bay. Sigh. She does them soooo well!
I hope you all love Tristan & Parker as much I did while writing them!
It’s the most embarrassing night of my life. Not only did I literally run into the hottest guy I’ve ever laid eyes on in a hotel lobby, but the ice-cold water and whipped cream I’m carrying (don't ask) end up all over me.
If that wasn’t enough, that same guy -- the hottest one of all time -- donates twenty-five thousand pounds during a charity auction... to win a date with me.
Things must be looking up, right? After all, a crazy-gorgeous guy just bid a ton of money on dinner with me. But when I see him sit down right next to my father, I know he's not interested in me. He just wants to do business with my dad. FML.
I’m determined to make the situation work. If he really wants to impress my father, the handsome stranger can marry me... for three months. It’s all I need to get access to the trust fund so I can fund my charity. Tristan will be able to get what he wants from my dad, and my father will stop hounding me about getting a life. Everyone wins.
Soon it will be over. Until then, I’ve just got to ignore the rock-hard muscles I felt when I ran into him, the look in his eye that tells me he tastes as good as he looks, and the chemistry that fizzles between us whenever we’re together.
Su historia, aunque similar a la de anteriores publicaciones, muestra ciertos matices interesantes que, resaltan y retienen la atención del lector, de principio a fin. La sencillez en su relato, por otra parte, logra convertir esta novela en un entretenimiento del todo desenfadado que, brinda un momento bastante dulce de lectura.
El estilo de la autora, posee la peculiaridad de saberse envolver en los mejores elementos que construyen una historia sencilla. Su visión del romanticismo, no parece verse en la necesidad de optar por algún mínimo contenido novedoso, su escenario y su desarrollo siguen una senda común y tradicional, pero no por ello, menos atractiva. En esta nueva ocasión, se vuelve a hacer gala de su elegancia, además de su maestría para equilibrar aquel contenido más sentimental y emocional, con el erotismo y la sensualidad acostumbrada en dichas novelas.
Sus capítulos concisos, de alguna manera, facilitan el hecho de hacer de este libro una lectura ágil y cuyo entretenimiento, no es más que la invitación a avanzar por sus líneas escritas, trazando consigo una opinión de lo más positiva. La frescura de su trama, aunque típica, atrapa a un lector maravillado por un transcurso, del todo fundamentado y justificado.
4.5 Loving Louise Bay Stars
* * * * 1/2 Spoiler Free-A Quick Review
I have been reading Louise Bay for quite some time and 9 times out of 10, she always takes me on a journey I enjoy. Mr. Notting Hill (Mister, #6) took me on another fun ride using the need of both characters that need marriage to get what they want.
We have a deal struck, the surprise of how each person finds themselves thinking thoughts about the other, miscommunication, and in the end, love.
It had everything I expected from Bay and I was totally taken with this part of a fantastic series.
So this was short, cute and sexy. Nothing to write home about, or write a review about 😅
Tho I wouldn't be myself if I didn't mention that I don't appreciate some of the undertones in Louise Bay's writing. Like a subtle "boys will be boys" rhetoric, only dressed up in new words ("men will always be boys at heart, remember that" - aaaand forgive them for anything!!) or how all of Parker's friends and family were busy convincing her SHE needs to be the one to reach out to Tristan and basically do all the emotional labour to get them together.
Sure, I did appreciate the sentiment that there's no written rule that a guy needs to be the first to reach out. But...not in a situation where the fight was so obviously his fault? Tristan not only failed to disclose important facts to Parker after their relationship got serious, he's also been violating her privacy by monitoring her emails and FORGOT to tell her about it. But you don't understand! It was to protect her! It was for her own good 😑🙃
I could even understand that he meant well and the unusual circumstances of that situation (Parker being victim of fraud and stalking) BUT he should of course tell her. And then when she calls him out on it and they have sort of a falling out, what does Tristan do? Instead of grovelling, he signs the divorce papers (it was a fake marriage situation) 💀💀💀
I can forgive a lot of things, but lack of proper grovel??? How dare you 😱😱😱
Mr. Notting Hill is book 6 of the Mister series by Louise Bay. It is a standalone contemporary romance with interconnected characters from previous books in the series, told from both points of view with a happy ending.
Tropes:
✔️Marriage of convenience
✔️Just one bed
✔️Forced Proximity
✔️Fake relationship
✔️British Hero
✔️Billionaires
This is one of the best meet cutes I’ve ever read. While organizing an event for charity, Parker bumps into a gorgeous man who mesmerized by her, later bids to have a date with her. Not knowing she’s his mentor’s daughter.
During their date, Parker tells Tristan about the stipulations for her to get ahold of her trustfund, which is mainly to get married. The idea takes hold and soon Parker and Tristan are in a fake relationship that feels more real than anything either had every experienced before. But what happens when Parker gets what she wants and their times is over?
I really enjoyed this story from start to finish. There was just a dash of suspense that I felt was resolved a bit too easily and I really wanted to know what part of México they had gone to (not all Mexican beaches were created equal) until they mentioned Chichén-Itzá which is in the Yucatán Peninsula. An incredibly beautiful place, BTW.
Other than that, the story was heartfelt, sexy and swoony, and all around easy to read. I loved both Tristan and Parker for their matureness, honesty, and thoughtfulness. Their banter was super fun and their chemistry was sizzling hot. They were absolutely perfect for each other.
The pace was great and soon I found myself at the end of their story wanting more.
The finale of this well-loved Mister series delivers on all the Louise Bay steam and swoon. The last of the Mister’s has found his match- with quite a cute and unexpected beginning that evolves into a romance of convenience that turns REAL, and HOT, quite quickly.
A cream-puff messy meet-cute at a fancy gala begins the swoony, love story between Parker and Tristan. Shortly after, Tristan ends up dropping quite a bit of money when a date with Parker is auctioned off as part of the gala’s charity fundraising, a charity run by Parker that provides financial support for kiddos with heart conditions. Turns out she is ALSO the daughter of Tristan’s business mentor- a man he wants to stay close to, much to Parker’s chagrin. But, even if her new auction-winning date is just in it for her father, Parker figures she can benefit to- with a fake marriage situation that would get her access to her own hefty trust fund, money much needed to fund her charity. Everybody wins, right?
I do love a good marriage of convenience/fake relationship story- and this one is quite charming, particularly as we see the attraction between these two straight out of the gate. For someone who carries a background and a sizable trust fund, Parker is quite low key and humble. She’s passionate, hard working, kind, and incredibly selfless. She’s an admirable heroine, and I loved her big kind heart. And Tristan (my all time fav book boyfriend name, BTW) is just a dreamboat, super swoony and just an all around great guy. He’s also heartworking, kind, attentive and thoughtful. With two such lovely characters, it’s no surprise that an adorably sweet chemistry blossoms between them- one that heats up as they get to know each other and increasingly can’t fight the full of the “real” amidst their fake arrangement. The pace and trajectory of their attraction works well, and I loved watching them fall.
As this is the finale of the series, we also get to see some characters from prior books. I’ve not read them all just yet (each can be a standalone), but it was fun to see them all together, and catch up with the few that I have read and how they supported Tristan’s romance. All in all, a lighter and charming final outing- and one of the ones I’ve enjoyed most in the series.
Mr. Notting Hill was such a great read.
I've enjoyed everything about this novel, the characters, the storyline and the execution of one of my favourite tropes were simply addictive.
Tristan Dubrow and Parker Frazer meet by chance at a fundarising, they seem really interested to each other. After a dinner date she proposes to him a fake marriage, and that's the begin of an alluring, spicy and joyful relationship.
Parker is a kind and indipendent woman, Tristan is a charming and loyal man, they are percfet together. They are at ease in each other company, their relationship is comfortable. I absolutely fell in love with them, I can't choose my favourite, I wished for them to find their happiness because they are very good persons and they deserve it.
Don't miss this story, it could be read as a standalone but I'm sure when you finish this book you'll want to start the series from the first novel.
It’s always sad to see a series come to an end and Louise Bay’s Mister series has been charming, fun, and sexy. This chance meeting with a twist story had a lot of moving parts and at times I felt like the romance got a bit lost, but I also enjoyed this book a lot as we see all the couples from the previous books and get a peek into how their relationships and lives are faring. Mr. Notting Hill was entertaining, sexy, and had a bit of a suspense angle that personally I could have done without but seems to be all the rage in romance books these days.
Meeting at a charity benefit when Parker literally runs into Tristan there is an immediate spark and a whole lot of sexual tension so when Tristan sees Parker up on stage being auctioned off for a date, he doesn’t hesitate he bids big and wins the girl only to find out that she’s the daughter of one of his mentors and she suspects he has ulterior motives. Both these characters have big hearts and some quirks which made it interesting. Tristan agrees to marry Parker so she can get her trust fund which she intends to give all to her pet charity. He also lets her father know that’s her plan but he is okay with it because he believes that means she’s learned to trust someone again.
I really loved watching the relationship between these two develop; from strangers, to friends, to lovers, and more and it all developed quite organically over the course of this book. I loved Tristan; there was so much more to him than we’d seen throughout this series and he was truly a good man with a take charge attitude. It bothered me that Parker despite having a good head on her shoulders didn’t take the fact money was disappearing out of her accounts seriously or the fact she didn’t ask her father, a respected banker, for advice. While Tristan did take some liberties when investigating the problem, I felt Parker overreacted especially given what Tristan found out.
Sweet, sexy, and filled with emotion; Mr. Notting Hill takes this series out on a high note.
Una novela entretenida, aunque me hubiera gustado más incisión en la trama cibernética. Haber introducido suspense en la historia hubiera sido un punto de inflexión para una votación más positiva.
I just don't think I was ready for this series to come to an end! I absolutely swooned over Tristan and Parker's story! I loved how protective he was of Parker, and the chemistry between these two was instant! I was smiling and laughing like a loon during this book! Everything felt so natural between these two, and I loved how they fought their feelings for one another. Parker has such a big heart, and I love how she wants to use her position for good.
I loved getting to see all of my favorite Mister's and seeing how they've grown over the course of this series. This is one amazing series and I know I will reread it all the time, because I just don't want to let this group go! Another amazing, amazing book by Louise!
This book… where do I even start.
At a charity auction, the organiser bumps into a stranger and ends up covered in desert (cream puffs). Miss ma’am has lovely banter with said handsome stranger and then goes to get dressed because she’s auctioning herself…a date with her actually.
And did I mention that she’s the daughter of this rich guy who has so much influence that she develops trust issues because everyone seems to be using her for her father. Anyways, handsome stranger doesn’t know her identity and sees her on the stage and decides that he has to take her on that date. You can pretty much guess what happens, he gets the date and then she needs her trust fund which she can’t access because she needs to be married blah blah blah, they get married blah blah blah. So much more blah blah blah.
The Wattpad,”Walk into a wall,” thing is extremely 2013 - 2015. Please let me never ever see this again in published literature, thank you very much.
Our darling author decides to repeat the same joke every five lines. What joke? “Oh cream puffs 🤣🤣😂😂😂😂🤣😂😂🤣😂🤣🤣😂.” Sooooooo funny bruh…. Oh and let’s not forget the other constantly repeated joke and fun fact,”Oh cow pj’s and 😻 chocolate covered raisins, I love them soooo much 😻😻😻😻😻😻.” Girl please stfu
Then, author decides that she has to keep up the recurring theme of all the main characters of most of her books having “green blue eyes” because having brown eyes is extremely boring and rare.
And, she has to mention in every single book of hers that the main character wants to feel the love interests stubble between her thighs. C’mon, is there no originality in this book? Is it just copy and paste half the dialogue from all your other books.
Also, what is up with the cringy dialogue and the fact that the main character has zero brains. She absolutely doesn’t care about her safety and remains perpetually unconcerned about anything that happens, she doesn’t heed Tristan’s advice or warnings but then decides to complain that her life is so sad and so miserable. First of all, get over yourself. Second of all, having money isn’t the worse thing to happen in this world. Third of all, just shut your mouth before I end up bl0wing your brains out of your head. Remember that one part where she has a whole mental breakdown over the fact that Tristan liked to flirt before they even got to know each other and then proceeded to be the reason Tristan ‘reprimanded’ his friends as if they were his kids or below him. Miss ma’am puts the drama in drama queen. May she fall into a pit and face unfortunate circumstances, i absolutely despise her.
Isn’t Tristan supposed to be a tech genius or something, why was it so hard for him to find the person behind the account if the person behind the account was her stupid ex boyfriend who is supposedly a “conman” and has no business getting the upper hand over a tech genius.
Friend groups are so badly represented. The way he reprimanded Autumn and Hollie for no reason. First of all, who gave Tristan the right to do anything like that, he isn’t superior in anyway. Second of all, his friends are cringe and their personalities aren’t consistent with any of her previous books.
Yeah okay you know what, forget all that. Do you want to know what made me want to rip my hair out.
Our main character is covered in cream puffs, love interest walks from the lobby of the hotel (was it a hotel??) to the hall of said hotel and she’s perfectly dressed and they’re half way through the auction. DO YOU UNDERSTAND TIME?????? TIME DOESNT WORK LIKE THAT. EVEN IF HE WALKED EXTREMELY SLOWLY OR CHECKED HIS PHONE FOR 10 MINUTES.
Miss ma’am needs to clean herself, get changed, wait her turn to get auctioned after the start of the event which includes lots of speeches and then introductions happen and then the auction starts.
I am not a woman who hates easily but this book worked on every last nerve I had. Not that I had much nerves to begin with but even so, terrible book.
Badly planned, badly written and extremely badly executed. I felt like gouging my eyes out 3 times and that’s not a record but still…
I apologise for spelling mistakes and anything like that, I currently want to vomit because of this book.
That’s all, stay away from books like these please.
Parker quiere acceder a su fondo fiduciario, pero para ello necesita estar casada (condición de su padre). Y aquí entra en juego Tristan, que en una puja gana una cita con ella. Ella es decidida, trabajadora y una buenaza, siempre está dispuesta a ayudar a los que lo necesitan. Él es mucho más de lo que habíamos visto en las anteriores novelas de la serie, para mí ha sido una agradable sorpresa, pues me he sentido muy cercana a él. Sus interacciones me han gustado mucho; su relación evoluciona de forma bonita. Una historia amena y adictiva con su toque picante y una parte de misterio que da juego. He disfrutado mucho de esta última novela de la serie y me ha dado un poco de pena despedirme de este gran grupo de amigos.
Still no luck with these "Mr", aside for Mr. Notting Hill which was my gateway to the series and proved to be the exception, sadly.
Safe is to say this author's work is not for me despite the alluring tropes she has on offer. Everything is too much surface, character's development lacking, dialogues flat and often seem to miss something, plot details too vague to actually be relevant. I wish the romance or the sex could make up for the above but unfortunately I can't vouch for good chemistry between MCs.
Mr Notting Hill is the latest book in the Mister series and a swoon worthy romance story.
I love a great fake relationship that turns into marriage of convenience until they realise nothing is fake between them. The sparkling love and chemistry grows and blooms within the story.
He wants to stay close to her father as he’s one of his greatest mentor in business. She needs to marry so she can have the work career that she always dreamed of, to build a charity that will help children with heart problems.
Hilarious, swooning and a beautiful story perfect for any romantic at heart.
Tristan is coming strong for the title of Favorite Book Boyfriend.
I'm sad to see this series go, but I'm happy Tristan and Parker's story was the one to close it.
Their journey was wonderful and they were definitely deserving of their love and of each other.
I absolutely loved Tristan. He was solid and steady, he was mature enough to acknowledge his feelings, even if he didn't know what to do about them at first.
He respected Parker, her voice, her space, her choices. Sometimes he could get caught up in his need to protect and care for her, but he always listened to her - to her words and to her silence. He saw her - the woman - and not what she had.
Parker was adorable. She was comfortable being herself, she was selfless, and she was always prompt to fight her own battles and conquer her own dreams.
She was admirable.
Despite their baggage (or maybe because of it), they were mature about their relationship and didn't play silly games.
Their chemistry was sizzling, their loyalty was strong (and that was bound to create some tension), their values were high and strong, and their feelings for each other were ever-growing.
I can't believe I have to say goodbye.
I have to say that this was really a cute and fun read. I loved the characters, they were engaging and fun and just all-around good people who made a difference to people in need.
From the moment we met Tristan we knew we were going to love him, and we did just that as he was kind, sweet, handsome, and had a great personality but, what we loved most about him was the fact that he became so protective and focused in helping a person in need without ever really knowing them that was just who he was a kind a compassionate man.
Parker was an excellent character as well she was sweet, kind, loving, funny, great personality all-around had a significant and giving heart, and made it her mission to help as many kids in need as she can. Found her a bit naive, though she should have been leerier because of her past. Parker was just a character that surprised us the most, she is not anything like what a Trust Fund baby is or has a rep for, she was the complete opposite and we loved that about her the most.
Parker and Tristan made a cute couple their chemistry was beautiful they made marriage look easy most times yet, it was more complicated than most. Loved their teasing a playfulness with one another and loved that Tristan paid attention to what would be seen as comfort foods and when Parker needed space he was a supportive partner.
Overall a delightful read, it was quite enjoyable the characters were great, and the series was great. The men were; lucky in love as well as the woman. As with any fake marriage, things never turn out to be the way you planned it but, I am betting that Tristan thanks his lucky stars daily that he accidentally ran into his cream puff who save him for a life of bachelorhood.
I enjoyed this book for the most part, but I don’t know I feel there was something missing. Also I liked Parker but I didn’t love her. I also feel this story needed a little bit more depth.
I usually love Louise Bay’s books, and this one wasn’t a bad read but it wasn’t my favorite either.
Universal
A marriage of convenience with the man who paid for a date with her at her fundraising auction should net her access to her trust fund, a trust fund she only wants to use to do good. She never imagined falling in love with her husband in name only, nor did she imagine Tristan would end up being such a kind, generous and protective sweetheart. But he doesn't want a relationship anymore than she does, so how can they make this fake marriage work?
Tristan's immediately fascinated by the pint sized pixie who literally ran into him and got cream puffs smeared all over herself. That's why he finds himself bidding on a date with her at the fundraising auction he's at. But when he finds out she's the daughter of his mentor, the man he credits with giving him his career, he tries to backpedal. But what if that mentor directs him to show Parker a fun time on their date? What if a marriage of convenience to her will help her gain access to her trust fund so she can do wonderful things with it? What if it will give him the chance to be around her?
Parker and Tristan are absolutely adorable! I love how obvious it was their marriage of convenience was going to be so much more than a convenience. I love how protective, kind and generous Tristan is. And I love how compassionate she is and what a big heart Parker has. Heart, chemistry, and two people who fell in love without even wanting to. I've been loving this series, I wish it could go on forever.
Parker and Tristan are a bit quirky together and fantastic.
I loved the way they met, I loved the immediate chemistry. It’s a very humorous, fun and flirty meeting.
Both are accomplished and wealthy people who are incredibly kind, generous and thoughtful. I found this aspect really great.
Tristan is pure sex on a stick and I’m a bit in love with him.
The fake marriage trope is great and has all the tense, steamy and longing interactions I love.
The cute interactions and banter was a lot of fun and I loved them as a couple.
The two share an interesting connection that’s emotional and added heart without heaviness.
Their chemistry is hot and has really interesting emotions involved which I loved.
There’s a bit of mystery and suspense in the plot. This added tension, opportunity and was a nice plus.
The secondary characters are great and fans of the series are sure to be pleased by all the friends and significant others be a part of the story.
I got a bit annoyed with Parker towards the end. A quite big situation has been happening and she doesn’t take it as seriously as i felt she should/would and it frustrated me and made me feel she wasn’t as bright as I thought. Or that it was an easy way to cause tension that didn’t play well for me.
I felt she was too tough on Tristan at this time, I do understand some of her reasoning. Not with the major issue though.
The end was sweet and gives a chance for a glimpse at all the Misters and their ladies. It was a bittersweet feeling knowing the series is over.
Overall I really enjoyed it and liked this couple a lot.
I loved Tristan and Parker's story. I think Tristan is my favorite Mr. Tristan is helping raise money for charity and Tristan ends up bidding on her and winning a date with her. To further complicate matters Tristan is friends with her father so she thinks he has ulterior motives for bidding for her. Parker wants to get her hands on her trust fund so she can help her charity out but there are strings attached. She needs to get married and stay married for three months to receive the money. So they get on well and she only needs to be married for three months so she might need to have her fake marriage with Tristan. Will the two be able to keep their marriage fake or will they find themselves falling for each other?
I received an arc for my honest review for NNBB. If you love a sweet romance with some hotness and a swoon-worthy gentleman in Tristan you will love this read. Although this is part of the Mister series they can all be read as a stand-alone. If you haven't read any of the other books in the series you need to as Louise doesn't disappoint.
Tristan and Parker’s story was the perfect end to this series (although I wish it didn’t have to end). I love their meeting, their misunderstandings, their plots and secrets, and well, everything! Such an awesome book!
I can honestly say I have read and loved every book Louise Bay has ever written and couldn’t wait to get my hands on Mr. Notting Hill. It is the final book in a series filled with six interesting interconnected male characters that are wealthy and wonderful and each find love while living in London.
Mr. Notting Hill features Tristan Dubrow, the last of his tight knit group of friends to fall, and he can’t help but be smitten when he accidentally runs into Parker at a charity function. I love when couples meet by chance, and just loved their playfulness from the very beginning.
As the overview states, Parker has her guard up thinking he is just one of many trying to date her to gain access to her successful father, Arthur Frazer, when he bids ridiculously high to win a date with her for charity. She couldn’t be more mistaken, as he didn’t even know who she was at the time, and it was right then and there that I started to swoon.
I personally adore heroes who deserve the title and this author writes men of character that are classy, cultured and educated and know how to treat a woman. They aren’t perfect as on more than one occasion over the series they had to send out the “bat signal” which resulted in them all convening to process their feelings when it came to the women in their lives. I really admired their openness and vulnerability and how they came to understand that they were powerless once they fell in love. So funny and heartwarming!
Tristan is no different as he tries to process his dilemma of marrying Parker so she can gain access to her trust fund and expand the charity that she already runs. She was so compassionate and focused, and truly had the best intentions. But one of her intentions was not falling for Tristan...it was all suppose to be three months of smoke and mirrors, and they’d each be on their way. But this is a romance by Louise Bay after all, so you can be certain that that is not what happens!
What I loved about them as a couple was how honest they were with their goals and feelings, and how these strangers became friends first, learned to trust one another, and slowly let down their guard. Tristan was a tech genius and she needed his help when something unexpected happens. This book has little angst, but some suspense, which I enjoyed, especially when our hero uses his smarts, becomes protective, and saves the day.
I loved how they easily became entwined in each other’s lives and how well she got along with his friends and their wives and/or fiancés. Loved how much he admired and respected her father, a man he has known for some time as he helped him become established in his career, and how Arthur supported their union.
Their sexual attraction was undeniable and Louise Bay can certainly write the steamy scenes as well as the swoony ones! Bring on the heat because these two are hot!
It wasn’t always smooth sailing for Parker and Tristan and they truly made an effort to make their relationship work. I loved how they didn’t give up and communicated. They were both so real and down-to-earth and I laughed out loud many times such as when reading the vast differences in the items they keep in their homes, their difference in height, and how he endearingly called her “Cream Puff.”
Mr. Notting Hill was witty, charming and so very captivated by his wife. I just loved them as a couple, especially how their relationship unfolded and their character growth. A wonderful way to end a wonderful series!
You can start in any order, but the other books in this Mister series are:
Mr. Mayfair featuring Beck and Stella
Mr. Knightsbridge featuring Dexter and Hollie
Mr. Smithfield featuring Gabriel and Autumn
Mr. Park Lane featuring Joshua and Hartford
Mr. Bloomsbury featuring Andrew and Sophie
Love, love, love this book! It is charming, warm, delicious, tender, with, I think, my favourite couple from this fabulous series! Tristan and Parker are both cut from the cloth of integrity and commitment. Parker's determination to plough her own, independent furrow and Tristan's focus on his work, have them following dimilar, singular paths...until a cream puff comes between them.
There is so much delightful banter between these two and, alongside a fun and fast moving plotline, creating a book which is completely engaging and which kept me smiling throughout. Fabulous! 💖💖💖💖💖
