Natalie is awesome - she made the whole process so human and I felt that she really 'got' me and my business.  The colour schemes and fonts and everything feel very 'me' and I love the end product. Natalie first built my website and created a new logo for my business (Heaven is a Cupcake) 4 years a go when I moved into a commercial premises and launched an online shop. She has, ever since, hosted my site  and provided very much needed web support for all those times I accidentally delete something or spend hours trying to edit one product! I would highly recommend Natalie at Lacon Design for branding and website design/build. Her experience and expertise in these areas was clear from the outset, as she quickly told me what functionality I would need in my website to ensure that it was fit for purpose for my business (I’m a nutritionist). The rest of the experience followed in a similar vein, with a comprehensive onboarding doc, timing plan and a detailed questionnaire and mood board which really helped me to get clear on my strategy and design preferences before Natalie began work.

The end results in terms of logo, branding and website have exceeded my expectations in every way. Natalie is an absolute pleasure to work with and really went above and beyond throughout, in terms of making sure all the branding elements were spot on and even adding an additional sign-up module to the website days before we went live, just because she felt it would help to increase engagement on the site.
