The E-business Programme is a fully funded package of support which is specifically aimed at helping small business owners in Enfield, Redbridge and Waltham Forest make better use of digital technology to enhance their online presence; attract more customers, increase sales and save time and money. It is delivered by Enterprise Enfield and supported by Local London and Enfield, Waltham Forest and Redbridge Councils.

How does it work?
Digital Review, Advice & Support
You will be invited to have an initial zoom meeting with an Adviser- who will look at your current use of technology and digital tools. This will identify how your business is operating in a range of areas including: your website; social media; email marketing; e-accounting; e-commerce; online payment systems; customer relationship management systems; data security; back-ups and use of any online sales platforms.
Your Adviser will produce a bespoke Digital Action Plan for your business - detailing the actions you can take to maximise your online presence and increase sales and efficiency. You can then book further sessions with your Digital Adviser who will advise and guide you on how to implement the actions recommended. You can receive on-going FREE support until September 2024!
Digital Webinars & Online Tutorials
Both you, and any of your employees, have the opportunity to enhance your digital skills by attending the Programme's webinars - you can choose which ones are relevant for you to attend and whether you want to attend live or view recorded sessions in your own time on the E-business Programme Online Learning Suite. You will also be invited to regular Networking Events to connect with other business owners on the programme, network and generate new business opportunities.
