Partnership and Communities Manager

I have lived in Ashfield for most of my life and have a passion for supporting opportunities for our local community to feel healthier and happier.

Lifelong learning can provide many benefits to individuals including supporting mental wellbeing and feeling more connected to your community.

My role at ATTFE aims to support and create opportunities for positive partnership working with relevant community organisations in the area, to promote the learning opportunities offered by ATTFE but also to support new and existing activities and initiatives that can benefit our community.

If you have an idea about how we could work together or would like to learn more about what ATTFE can offer please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Partnership and Community Lead (Ollerton)

I’m Lee Brazier, the Partnership and Community Lead for ATTFE at the Dukeries site. I joined the team in January 2022 after spending several years as a support worker for adults with learning disabilities. In addition to being a Partnership and Community Lead with ATTFE, I am also one of the three Ollerton District Councillors that sit on Newark and Sherwood District Council.

My role, for me, is about engagement and connection, be it with learners, businesses, groups, organisations or individuals. I want to see the local communities thrive and local people to develop new skills and improve the knowledge they already have, either through education or community involvement.

If you are a member of a group that would like to get involved with ATTFE or are an employer looking to connect with our college, then please get in touch with myself or one of my colleagues.

Partnership and Community Lead (PoS)

I’m proud to be a Sutton lass. Dad was Recruiting Sergeant for the Sherwood Foresters when I was born at the Drill Hall on Alfreton Road. A local lad himself, after he left the army, we came back to Sutton. I grew up and was educated here, working locally for most of my career. My family and friends are here and  I’m now back home, working where I belong, still passionate about education and welfare.

In my role as Partnership & Community Lead at ATTFE, I hope we can work together and find new learning opportunities and activities for our community.

Partnership and Community Lead

Hi, I’m Linda and I have worked here since 2009. Previously I have worked in the legal and medical sectors.  I have seen many changes since starting and am proud to have seen how we grow and continue to evolve. I have been a Tutor teaching Beauty, Employability and IT and also have managed our food bank, Let’s All Eat, throughout the pandemic.

In my Partnership and Community Lead role I enjoy promoting what we have to offer, strengthening links with stakeholders and making new contacts in the local area.  I like to nurture new students and see the progression throughout the years to see how they grow and inspire others to do the same. I love the Sutton community spirit and am constantly amazed how people pull together and help in times of need.

I hope to continue seeing local people’s confidence grow and help with wellbeing and activities to keep people engaged and learn new skills.

Partnership and Community Lead

Hi! I’m Charlotte Inkle, PCL for both Mansfield and Sutton Town Centre. I am originally from Sutton (I Grew up on Meden Bank) and have lived in Mansfield for many years now.

I previously worked for Mansfield CVS as Community officer working alongside MDC, NCC, SFHT and the local NHS services among others and have connections across the whole district that are really beneficial to community work as a whole. I am also chair of my local community group – Friends of Bellamy – who are partners in the ‘Notts Place based Partnership’ working alongside the above partners and many others.

I am proud to say I now work for ATTFE, the presence we have in the community across both Mansfield and Ashfield and the support we are able to offer residents in these areas are second to none.

My role evolves daily to cover many different things such as family events, adult learning, community engagement and partner engagement among others and the feedback we get from everyone is always positive.! I can honestly say that I love my job! Just having the opportunity to make one positive for someone makes it all worthwhile.
