The purpose of this survey is to collect information that will assist the Riverview Youth Network in identifying key issues, barriers, and challenges related to being involved in the life of your Riverview youth(s) ages 11-18. The information gathered through this survey is anonymous and will only be viewed by members of the Riverview Youth Network. The responses to this survey will be used to identify, address, and create solutions to issues related to youth in the Town of Riverview.
