We connected with Amerind through marketing consultant Deborah Daun and Amerind's Director of Philanthropy Kelly Holt, two longtime colleagues. The organization was in need of a communications agency for ongoing print and digital work; we were chosen for our experience with non-profit design and strategic mindset.
Most pressing was an upcoming four million dollar capital campaign to support expansion. We helped Amerind focus their narrative into four simple categories and created visual elements to tell the story without words. Through color and icons, we expressed their expansion areas of research, arts, nature and preservation with more clarity, with the goal of connecting with donors more effectively.
The campaign kicked off in March to coincide with a Gabriel Ayala concert at The Fox Theatre and a donor reception at the Pima County Courthouse. Here’s what Kelly has to say about the results:
