    Do you want to feel confident on the beach, look toned by the pool and enjoy every minute summer has to give you? Then this programme is for you!It includes all workouts (gym or home based, suitable for any level), a flexible meal plan (different diets catered for), and support and accountability every step of the way.It will take just 4 weeks to get you ready for summer, but it will be intense, which is why I can only accept 10 clients onto this programme.Are you ready to do this for yourself?

    • SILVER LEVEL: includes 5 remote workouts per week via fitness app, calorie target, meal plan, full support and accountability, weekly 1:1 catch up call (ONLY 5 SPOTS AVAILABLE) £399

    • GOLD LEVEL: includes all of the above as well as a 1-hour personal training session (in-person or online) per week (ONLY 3 SPOTS AVAILABLE) £549

    • PLATINUM LEVEL: includes all of level 1 as well as 2 x 1-hour personal training sessions (in-person or online) per week (ONLY 2 SPOTS AVAILABLE) £699

    • Optional upgrade (all levels): access to up to 4 in-person group fitness sessions per week (St Albans based): (ONLY 5 AVAILABLE) £59 (value £128)

    Hi! My name is Kirsten and I am Wolf Approach Fitness :-)I am a Level 3 Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer, qualified from the National Academy for Sports Medicine. I specialise in Women's Health, Fitness & Nutrition, and am passionate about enabling my clients to feel strong, happy and confident in their own skin.I have represented the UK in European and World Championships in obstacle racing and understand the mental and physical benefits of guided progressive training - if you are ready to work with me, we can make amazing things happen together!
