Boris Johnson has been a classic example of the contemporary tendency to do a bait-and-switch in politics: run on one platform and then do just the opposite once in office. He betrayed those who thought he would put a stop to unrestrained mass migration and reestablish Britain as a sovereign state on its own. As such, he deserves the general repudiation he is experiencing.
But given the state of British society today, his successor is likely to be even worse. All the lessons that should be learned from Johnson’s fall are not being learned and will not be learned, and the next prime minister is virtually certain to repeat all of his mistakes, and then some.
Andrew Blackadder says
Do not be shocked or surprised if Javid is the next fellow living in 10 Downing Street while the people of the UK scream about just how wonderful diversity and multiculturalism is as they will have a bloody muslim as PM.
Enoch Powell meanwhile is rolling over
Infidel says
The one thing to be said for him was that as Home Secretary, he was unafraid to deport all those muslim rapists back to Pakistan. And personally, he hasn’t imposed islam on his wife or kids, which is saying something
I do hope though that the Tories resist the temptation to put a diversity guy at the top, be it him or Sunak (who doesn’t belong in that government) or Patel

Having a Muslim as PM, despite his occasional prosecution of Jihadists, would be an absolute disaster.
Sajid Javid has been ranting about supposed “Islamophobia” in Britain for some time now. Deeply disturbing.
“Tories must banish Islamophobia from party, says Sajid Javid”

john smith says
Sajid Javid cannot be trusted. He may well have done a few things like taking away Shamima Begum’s British nationality, which make him look good in the eyes of the ordinary British people. Nevertheless he was sworn into parliament over the quran, this to me shows exactly were his true alliance lies, and it’s not with us.
He wouldn’t be the first muslim to pretend he’s your friend, then stab you in the back. This is what muslims do, this is what islam requires them to do. He cannot be trusted.

Agreed, John.
maria linde says
Yes, GB can be destroyed because there ae so many muslims in high positions
And it will influence the whole Europe and can destroy the whole Europe

Pat Condell is absolutely right.
Boris Johnson is just the latest example, in a long, long line, of the depths of corruption, cowardice and depravity of british politicians.
The only difference is that he was more open about not giving a damn about doing the job he was elected to do.
I shudder to think what kind of monster the tories will replace him with. Probably a moslem, or a hateful hag like liz truss.
Westman says
Condell has been right for years, before Brexit – a very interesting fellow.
Maybe the next PM will know how to comb his hair?
maria linde says
Pat Condell would be the best PM of GB, but will the Britons choose him?
Check Burry says
Bozo never fixed the potholes either.
Westman says
It’s the policies, activated, that count, not the the name of the man at the top. Boris wasn’t willing to be the pariah necessary to get the policies activated. In the US, Trump was, and demonstrated that is possible to stem the horde and lubricate an economy.
The Democrat “leaders” are totally wasting their time by using the 1/6 show-circus to keep Trump from running while the intentionally, fuel-starved, inflationary, economy is trashing Democrat savings and 401(k)s. DeSantis or any other GOP candidate who makes it to the final vote, if Trump can’t run, will be fostering the same policies as Trump. RINOS, like Romney won’t make the cut.
It’s good to see the Democrat Party still obsessively digging in the Trump hole and pushing sexual diversity until even normal Dems are wondering if the party has gone insane.

+1
Infidel says
Do the Tories have anyone even close to Thatcher, when it comes to things like national sovereignty? For a while Priti Patel claimed to, until she showed what a disaster she was as Home Secretary (how’s that Rwanda project been doing lately?) I do see Thatcher-like leaders on the overall political scene like Anne-Marie Waters, but they belong to fringe parties that have no hope of making it
Pat Condell is right. If the Tories can’t reverse that trend, they should just throw in the towel and merge w/ the Liberal-Democrats, if not w/ Labour as well. Let the other 4 main right-leaning parties – For Britain, Britain First, Reclaim and UKIP – unite to form an alternative for real conservatives in Britain
Check Burry says
Nigel Farage is a big buddy of Mr Tump, he would be worth putting in as PM other than Nigel being a real conservative, even though he is not in the CON Party.
Infidel says
Yeah, but he’s publicly opposed to stigmatizing islam, and has done what he could to isolate anti-jihadists in the UKIP and the movement. He thinks that England has only one enemy – the Left! That’s his shortcoming
gravenimage says
Farage has his shortcomings, some severe, but would be better than most. But sadly there is no way he will become PM–not in this current political climate.
Check Burry says
If only they would band together, yes maybe they could effect a real Conservative agenda.
I dount think a muslim PM will go down well

Boris Johnson’s successor is likely to be even worse than he is
……………………….
Yes–this is what I said yesterday. As disappointing as Boris Johnson has been, his successor is apt to be *much* worse.
I ache for Britain.
James Lincoln says
The UK desperately needs a Winston Churchill.
But, today, he would likely be treated no better than Tommy Robinson…

Grimly true, James.

Quote from the UK:
“The next Prime Minister is a change of drivers on a train. The train is going where it’s scheduled to go, on rails already laid”.
And an interesting short video on Johnson’s successor:

PS Mohammad is now the most popular boy’s name in Britain. Included in the top 100 are: Ali, Ahmad, Yusuf, Abdul, Omar, Ibrahim and Syed

With the possibility of a Muslim shortly becoming the Prime Minister of Great Britain, discerning readers of Jihad Watch might find this recent video from Scotland very interesting:

The Uk is now in grave danger! the next so called leader is indeed very likely muslim.
There will be loudspeakers blasting out the call to blasphemous prayer all over the country and anyone who complains will be stigmatized and after a time, bullied, beaten and worse.
We must pray our loving Father will show mercy and put a non muslim in as PM.
The UK is in grave satanic danger indeed!
