Robert Newton Injury Emergency Fund

Hi, my name is Robert, and I am raising funds due to being injured by a provider who left a foreign object in me with a radio frequency transmitter while performing a medical procedure.

 

This caused me to go from working full time to going on total and permanent disability.

 

I was able to surgically get the foreign object removed and was also successful in filing a timely claim.

 

During litigation, I had to switch counsel who is requesting that I pay to fight the defense on an immediate response and a couple of additional experts allowing them to take over the case.

 

I am reaching out to you to ask for financial contributions from everyone with a goal in mind of $25,000. This will enable my being able to move forward and not lose my rights.
