Publisher Description
People rarely catch me off guard. I'm Collin St. James, after all, starting wide receiver for the Virginia Thunder, and playing football has kept me on my toes. But nothing could have prepared me to mentor our newest teammate, kicker Charlie Nicholson.
I wasn't caught off guard because I had to take someone under my wing, or because Charlie was easily banging sixty-yard kicks through the uprights. It happened when the rookie's silver helmet came off and long blonde hair spilled out. Completely flummoxed, I edged closer and took in the prettiest blue eyes I'd ever seen.
Charlie wasn't only a complete knockout, she was also my sister's closest friend, and when she smiled at me, I knew right then and there I was in serious trouble.
The last thing I needed was a distraction, but thanks to my gorgeous new teammate—and, to my surprise, my roommate—that was exactly what I got.

Fun romcon
I received a complimentary early release e-book prior to release and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This was a great addition to this series. It stars Collin and Charlie. Charlie is Collin's sisters' best friend and when Charlie is recruited to join his football team his sister offers her a place in Collin's house.
Charlie is a soccer player but she gets recruited for the Virginia Thunder's team and so she has a bit of catching up to do as she is the new kicker for the team. She has to learn about football, and she asks Collin to help her out.
Charlie has always crushed on Collin and Collin has a tough job of trying to resist her because she is his new teammate as well as roommate.
This was a really fun sisters' best friend, teammate forbidden romance and I loved every second of it. I also loved seeing a woman who is playing football in the NFL. It made a really different romance in a football story, and I thought it was very original.
