Join us for this great in person seminar that will cover the following:

  • How to choose a sustainable house.
    Kim Irons, an amazing architect from Stonehouse +Irons Architecture, who has specialized in sustainable design will run an informative and exciting session on Sustainable Homes: Buy, Build or Renovate. In this session, Kim will share about key elements of sustainable design, the cost difference between an energy efficient and inefficient designed home Kim will bring an architect’s perspective on what to look for when buying, what is possible with renovations, passive solar design for new builds and designing your own home.
  • Smaller sustainable builds. 
    Tim Adams, who has 44 years as a building designer and represents F2Design, will run a smaller sustainable builds session. During this session, Tim will his passion and knowledge in zero energy design and share the benefits of building smaller, how smaller designs help with energy efficiency and how to make space work for you.
  • Renovating challenges and how to address them.
    Hear from a homeowner about her story of renovating, what she learnt along the way, how to overcome challenges and some golden tips for renovating.
