Retrofitting for Energy Efficiency
Retrofitting is a great and cost effective way to create a home that is more energy efficient. This seminar explores what changes you can make to your home to save on energy.
We share DIY retrofitting and resources to help support your transition. Homeowners will share on retrofitting a volume build and suburban home. This session also explores advice for renters on what retrofitting or changes they can make to save energy in their home.
Going Off Gas
Fancy an all-electric home powered by our own rooftop solar? Sounds great but the actual process of going-off-gas can be tricky and confusing. In this seminar you will hear from experts on how to transition off gas, what to consider and how to become an all electric home.
Hear from a local homeowner explain how they did it, what it cost and whether it was worth it. We’ll look at the main systems to transition off gas including heating and cooling, cooking and hot water systems. This is a must not miss seminar with great insights and guidance for you.
