Geelong Sustainability is pleased to host our September Green Drinks with an induction cooktop demonstration. We have long been advocates for energy efficiency and going off gas – and now we get to show you how. Chef and teacher Mayan Rowling will be cooking up a stir fry to show us that nothing – not even wok cooking – is compromised with an induction cooktop.

We will also be selling raffle tickets (one for $5, three for $10, cash only) for a portable induction cooktop for one lucky winner!

Entry by gold coin donation, drinks at bar prices.
