Partner Initiative Interest Form (DBIP)

Metro DEEP has partnered with Denver Basic Income Project to enroll up to 100 unhoused individuals! This initiative will give basic income over the course of 12 months to individuals experiencing homelessness with the goal of building a healthier society grounded in social justice and human thriving. The program is funded by both private and public sources and is fiscally sponsored by Impact Charitable, a non-profit organization (501c3). The Denver Basic Income Project is delivered in partnership with a variety of community-based organizations, including Metro DEEP to identify and serve as a point of contact and navigation support for participants.

What does it mean to be unhoused? This means that your name is not on a lease. Metro DEEP is focusing on individuals who have sustainable income, but are living or “couch surfing” with friends/relatives or are in a comparable situation.

As a potential participant, it is important that you connect with Metro DEEP’s Economic Mobility Manager, Michael Reed at mobility@metrodeep.com, to review the program information/requirements and to ask clarifying questions so that you understand what to expect if you decide to participate. Please consider the information carefully to make sure the program is a good fit and to understand the possible impacts participation may have on you.

Our goal is to support participants and the use of these funds to stimulate economic growth and mobility.

■ Group A (basic income) - $1,000 monthly cash transfers for 12 consecutive months (total of $12,000)
