Interest in After School Instruction
Please indicate if you are interested in facilitating after school sessions this year. We are looking for clubs, academic support, sports, cooking, gaming, and fresh ideas. We are planning to start October 3rd. Please note filling out this survey does not guarantee that your session will happen this cycle. Also note, this is a commitment to stay from 3pm to 5pm and conduct 1-2 sessions. The programs can either go from 3pm to 4pm, 4pm to 5pm or the double block of 3pm to 5pm. Please commit to having this cycle to until the Holiday break on December 22nd. We are offering programs Monday through Thursday, but you do not have to have your club run everyday. Thank you!
