Swedish HR tech Adway secures €10M for its Gen Z social hiring platform

When HR professionals spend more time marketing to talent than meeting them, something has to change. Adway is on a mission to solve the world’s greatest hiring challenges through technology.

The Swedish automated social recruitment marketing solution is one such platform, which empowers talent and recruitment leaders to attract talent at scale and speed and has raised €10 million in a Series A funding round from London-based Octopus Ventures (that backed Delio, Touchlab, and Intigriti). Further, existing investors – Brightly Ventures and Spintop Ventures also participated.

The funding will be used to accelerate and scale Adway’s platform, further develop the product suite and support continued expansion into international markets.
