From Wall Street Journal and USA TODAY bestselling author Natasha Madison comes a brand new stand-alone enemies-to-lovers sports romance. A spin-off from the Only One series

It's okay to be not okay!

Vivienne
I did the last thing I ever expected to do. I bought a boat. A beautiful boat that was all mine to spend the summer on.
Only thing I was looking forward to was the calm being on the water brought me.
A place where I wasn’t a hockey dynasty princess or the only single girl of the family.
What I wasn’t looking forward to was the broody man in the boat next to me.

Xavier
I was at the top of my game two years ago.
Then it all came crashing down.
I hung up my skates and vowed to never play again.
I was good at hockey, but hockey was bad for me.
I planned to spend my life on my boat with my dog.
Alone. Happily alone.
Until she came along.

I just love a good grumpy/sunshine and Xavier is about as grumpy as they come. Super cute, but will still get you right in the feels. Great storyline with tons of witty banter and characters you easily get invested in. Great addition to the series!

As the second book in her Made For Series, Madison’s Made For You is her latest off the charts enemies-to-lovers romance that will leave you swooning and rooting for the characters until the very end.

For Vivienne Grant growing up among hockey’s greatest is what she calls family, but while her family reunites for the summer. She surprises everyone by getting a boat of her own to call home for the summer, a place to get some much needed work done without any interruptions at all. That soon changes the minute she meets her grumpy neighbor Xavier and his cute dog, Beatrice. It’s from the very beginning that he tries to put some distance between them, trying to keep to himself, yet that clearly didn’t end up working out. There is something about Xavier that calls to her and wants to get to know him more. While her family would be all over him, Vivienne is the one that doesn’t want to push for information that he might not be ready to share. After all, she is the one that is keeping a big secret from her family and friends. But once things are out in the open and Xavier starts to trust her, Vivienne doesn’t know how he is going to react once she finally shares her secret with him.

Xavier Montgomery never expected to own a boat or adopt a dog, not after his life consisted of hockey 24/7 ever since he got drafted to the NHL when he was eighteen. He was at the top of his game, then everything came crushing down two years ago. He was scrutinize when he wasn’t performing like he usually would and with no help to back him up, Xavier made the decision to walk away from hockey all together. Getting a boat and Beatrice was supposed to represent a fresh start for him, away from the spotlight. His routines are always peaceful and the same, until his new neighbor comes along. She a beautiful and ready to kill him with kindness for not being so welcoming to the neighborhood. Vivienne is a distraction and he vows to stay away from her, until he can’t anymore. She is different and understanding. He’s never told anyone what truly happened that changed his life forever and telling her starts to mean something more to him. He is starting to fall and doesn’t know if she feels the same way.

I throughly enjoyed reading Made For You, it was magnetic and steamy. If you like the close proximity and grumpy/sunshine tropes than I would highly recommend checking out the story. Fair warning, there is a sensitive topic that Madison touches on and explains very well. It’s evident from the beginning that both characters can relate to each other and are able to rely on one another as they go through ups and downs. We get to see familiar characters make appearances which made the book that much more enjoyable to read. Although there were a few things that I wish the author could have elaborated on further, the story as a whole was well-written and the ending will leave you wanting for more. I cannot wait to read the next book in the series! :)

“I would do it in a heartbeat for her. Wouldn’t think twice about it. There is nothing more important to me than her and her happiness.”

This is the second book in the Made for series and I couldn’t put it down. This book had me from the beginning. I read this book in one sitting. This was a great addition to the series.

Vivienne surprises her family one day when she tell them she not only bought a boat but she going to be living on it for the summer. The day she moves in she meets her neighbor cute dog Beatrice, it’s the grumpy owner Xavier she’s not to sure about. Xavier was a professional hockey player but walks away from everything 2 years ago after hitting rock back, he bought a boat, got a dog and he is in a much better place now. What he wasn’t expecting was his new neighbor Vivienne and the feelings that come out of him. And not long after meeting they being to form a friendship but they have this undeniable attraction to each other. But their relationship become deeper not only when they both reveal secrets with each other but they way the react to it. When they finally give into their attraction, they don’t hold back and quickly they become tangled up in each other. They go from not liking each other to a friendship to relationship they both didn’t know they needed because they both thought they were fine being alone. Their chemistry and banter from the beginning was great but once they gave I to their feelings they couldn’t keep their hands off each other. Vivienne and Xavier definitely didn’t disappoint in the spice department. I love the way they supported, comfort, and trusted each other throughout their relationship and how there was no unnecessary drama between them. I also love how her family is such a big part of the story, they are not only supportive, caring but also so accepting of everything including Xavier. I can’t wait for next book in the series Made for us.

“I was made for you.”

Second book in the series and I loved it! Their time being neighbours at the marina was the best! Loved Beatrice, the cutest dog ever! Both MC’s were likeable and I liked how patience Vivienne was and Xavier opened up more. He was a brave man and Vivienne was his match. The last quarter of the book was more into sports and to be honest, I missed their time on the boat. It had such a cozy atmosphere. But then again, we got te meet family members again and I’m a sucker for M&M 😁 The sex scenes were spicy and, compared to the first book, didn’t overwhelm the main storyline. This series is a winner so far! An enjoyable read, sexy, emotional and with enough humor. Next book is Abigail and Tristan and I’ve been anticipating that one since the first book.

Made For You by Natasha Madison is the second book in the Made For series and I absolutely loved it. This story was beautiful, emotional, and touching. Please check trigger warnings, but I do believe the author did an amazing job with the difficult subject addressed. Xavier stole my heart and it broke for him. He was strong, caring, and protective, even if he did not see it himself. People who should have been there for him failed him in so many ways. Feeling lost and alone, he hung up his skates and purchased a boat with his emotional support dog, Beatrice. When Vivienne purchased a boat next to him, he tried to keep her at a distance.

Vivienne was likable, caring, and protective as well. Though Xavier was a grump to her sunshine, they had an undeniable connection. When he was able to open up to her and share his experience, I loved how supportive and compassionate she was. I loved how her family and friends embraced him and stood beside him. Their journey was emotional and yet touching and sweet. I loved this book so much and highly recommend it.

Happy reading!

The second book in the Made For series, Natasha Madison brings us a grumpy/sunshine sports romance with a difference in a beautiful, heartfelt story that melted my heart.

Vivienne Grant is the daughter of Matthew and Karrie (from Something So Perfect). Her siblings also have books in the Only One series, and her brother Chase had the first book in this series – Made For Me. You could absolutely read this as a standalone – just be aware that you’ll most likely have trouble tracking the side characters and all of their connections, but that won’t impact on your enjoyment of the story.

Vivienne has just stunned her family by buying her very own boat. She’s thrilled to have a bit of a change of scenery, and sets herself up to live on her boat for the summer, where she can just ‘be’. She’s also planning on getting some writing done – she’s an author, though goes by a pen-name and not even her family know what she does for a living. She’s happy living her best life, but her new oasis comes with one negative - her new neighbour, who may be gorgeous, but he’s grumpy and broody and seems very unhappy to have her living right next door. But his dog seems to love her, and she’s determined to be her sunny self around him.

Xavier is content living his solitary life on his boat with his dog, until an obnoxiously bright and beautiful woman moves in next door. He wants nothing to do with her, and is determined to keep his distance, but he’s drawn to her in ways he can’t explain. In a delicious twist, it turns out that Xavier is an ex-hockey player who walked away from the game after being crucified by the press. He struggled to deal with it, so he made the brave decision to leave it behind him and live a life that bought him peace. And now he’s living next to hockey royalty.

It’s a bit of a slow burn for these two. Xavier takes a while to come around, but a friendship tentatively develops, and once they get to know each other and open up and share their secrets, they can’t hold back any longer and it’s ON!

Every single time my lips touch hers, it’s like a piece of me is put back together. Every single time my lips touch hers, it’s like breathing becomes that much easier. Every single time my lips touch hers, it’s like I’ve finally found my home.

I love the lack of relationship drama between these two, and how quickly they become tangled up in each other! They want each other, they act on it, they don’t hold anything back, and it’s beautiful watching them come together and just be together. They are supportive and encouraging, playful, and blisteringly sexy, and their love story is so beautiful.

“My home is where you are.”

Their relationship allows them the comfort and safety to truly trust another person, they grow in confidence, and Xavier, in particular, finds the strength to break his silence and face his demons, and Vivienne and her family are right by his side the whole way. Xavier’s story made my heart ache. It’s not a situation that you often see in a sports romance, and Madison does a wonderful job shining light on such an important topic, telling Xavier’s story with compassion and emotion, while still showing how strong he is. He had the self-awareness and courage to walk away from his dream in order to protect himself, he created a life that worked for him, and I respect him so much for that. And when the time was right, and he was ready, he bravely worked to change his life once again. It’s an amazing story of strength and resilience, and I loved watching him work through it all.

As with all of the books in the series, family plays a big part, and once again, the whole family just shines as they accept Xavier into the fold, supporting and encouraging him as he fights to overcome his past and find his way forward. Matthew, Max, and the boys from the Dallas team are absolutely fabulous, and I loved the scenes with Xavier amongst them as one of the guys as they all take his back without question. And the banter, teasing and epic family dynamics are on point as always.

“You know what he’s doing tonight?” Wilson looks at Cooper. “He’s going to be sleeping with your sister.” He beams with a smile. “Just like me.” Cooper just glares at him.
“If you say a word,” Michael warns beside Dylan, “I will throat punch you on the ice.”

This is such a beautiful story, written with heart and humor, and a gorgeous love story, and I loved it!

4.5 stars!

This is such a beautiful story!

Vivienne Grant (daughter of Matthew and Karrie from Something so perfect) surprises her family when she tells them she’s bought a boat to live on for the summer. When she moves, she meets her grumpy, stand-offish neighbour Xavier. Despite her best efforts, they don’t exactly hit it off at first. Xavier keeps himself to himself, his only friend is his gorgeous dog Beatrice (and she’s a big star of this book!)

Xavier was a professional hockey player in the NHL but walked away 2 years ago, sold his house, bought a boat and never looked back. Beaten down by the press, he hit rock bottom and had to get out. He’s now in a much better place but isn’t prepared for meeting Vivienne and what feelings she brings out in him.

The two soon start to form a friendships of sorts, and quickly realise their attraction. The sparks and chemistry is off the charts, but their relationship is also so much deeper that than, and neither are afraid to shy away from their feelings for the other. Both are hiding secrets that they share first with each other and their reactions and the support they both show are just incredible.

Natasha deals with some really heavy topics in this book, but in my opinion she deals with them beautifully. I don’t want to give any spoilers but would say to check the trigger warnings before you read (there’s a note from the author at the start of the book too)

This could be read as a stand-alone but you’ll get even more from it by reading the previous 3 hockey series first as we see lots of the Stone family, and I for one loved all their appearances! Their usual protectiveness, hilarious banter and fierce love for one another shines through, and M&M are fantastic as always! (IYKYK)

Highly, highly recommend this book, and can’t wait to read Made for us which is up next in this series.

Huge thank you to the author and Wildfire marketing solutions for this arc in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I loved this!! I know I am WAAAAAY late to this hockey series, but I’m going to be reading the whole million book back list now.

This was such a great reluctant romance. Neither of these two wanted to like the other and the beginning was so delightfully awkward. I just loved how these two baby stepped into being friends and then quickly more. Their connection just couldn’t be denied.

They both bring some pretty big secrets into this relationship, but they are both able to be so vulnerable with each other. They were just the perfect little cocoon with Beatrice, the world’s cutest dog.

Not only does Vivienne have secrets, she comes with the biggest hockey baggage (family) that one could imagine. Considering that Xavier left the game in less than ideal circumstances, this could have been a huge deal breaker. Instead they fold him in like one of their own and that was so heart melting.

But my favorite part was fan-boy Xavier and how proud and supportive he was of Viv’s career.

And it cannot be forgotten that the whole relationship is so dang spicy hot. These two cannot keep their hands off each other and I was there for it!!

This one is light on angst and just the perfect book after reading some super heavy books.

LOVED this!!

It took me a few days to accumulate all my thoughts and try to do this book justice.

Xavier and Vivienne are made for each other. He's turned his life around when everything became too much to handle. Chapter 19 hit close to home. I know how Xavier felt, because I've been in his shoes. The only difference is I never got the chance to come back to my sport and to see him achieve that, brought tears to my eyes. And here's where I felt completely in love with Vivienne. All she wanted to do was be there for him. To be the shoulder to lean on. And he needs her, despite his refusal at the beginning to befriend her.

If there ever was a story, beside, This is Wild (Zoe and Viktor's book) that will prove my point why Natasha Madison is my favorite author, this is it. It always amazes me to see how close she gets to having books sound similar but they never are.. Absolutely brilliant!

I loved this book… I am a huge fan of Natasha’s book! Vivienne and Xavier’s story is so sweet. Vivienne comes from a family where everyone is up in everyone else’s business, but she is keeping a huge secret from them. Xavier happens to be her neighbor at the boat dock and man is he a grumpy guy! He is a former hockey player and he hung up his skates but no one knows why. Natasha brings mental health to the forefront of this book. There is emotion in this book, but there is also the craziness of the stone family and M&M at their antics!

ESP

Natasha Madison has been my safe place lately, she's one of those authors who make me feel good and at home because she has any topic I'm looking for and that's cheff kiss.
I want to talk about the story, what I liked and what I didn't
📖
The story is about two people who want to be apart but for completely different reasons, I guess Vivienne is looking for tranquility and Xavier is looking for peace and calm. It was a story that really surprised me because, on the one hand, Vivienne talks about the pressure of belonging to a legacy like that of her family, when she was very young, and although her other siblings have already discussed this in their respective books, hers hurt a little. more because her brothers mention it when they are in a more adult age which is very valid but she questions it when she entered the university about how she even felt lonely and I cried because I wanted to hug her, whether or not they know she has a family very numerous but the fact that she felt that way was painful. And then Xavier's story when he tells his past I was already crying, because of the way his dream turned into this horrible experience and he reached a point of darkness, it was horrible and even more knowing that in the previous books they talk about how a The team must be or even work, the way this only caused the effect to grow and grow look I was already crying inconsolably.
I didn't think it was a book that hurt me the way it did. I'm even a lot of making theories from the moment I read the synopsis and the story I read was never what I thought it would be about.

One of the things that I always love about Natasha's books is the family interaction, how little by little the protagonist becomes part of the family's life and even taking a place is one of the things that I love the most, the support and faith that are provided in second to none.
This is in a book where I was surprised by Vivienne's personality compared to her family, she is too discreet because she is even a little shy and Xavier is a person who finds himself isolated. I couldn't imagine a favorable way of meeting, but it still happens and it's perfect.
One of the things that I will always love and this has happened since Zara's book is the relationship between Matthew and Max, or as Evan M&M call them as this book mentions they are a package there is no one without the other and also Cooper Stone this fanaticism of Wilson and Xavier when they meet him is precious. Thank you thank you Natasha for this.

The only thing that I did not like was that there was only an epilogue that writing this review is why but even so.

This is one of those Natasha books that of course I would recommend. <3

WRECKED! This book was amazing. Xavier & Vivienne are right up there with my favorite couples.

I love the way the the author highlighted how being a professional athlete can affect a player’s mental health. My heart broke for Xavier. Vivienne was the perfect person to support and love him. Her secret profession was a great side storyline with a tie-in to Xavier.

I always enjoy seeing the Stone-Grant-Horton clan and they were exceptional here. I’m excited for Tristan & Abigail next.

*Huge shoutout to Beatrice, the best emotional support animal ever

Universal

Vivienne's going to have the summer of her life on her new boat (yes, she has a very new license) being on her own and working on her (unknown to her family) favorite thing to do. When her new neighbor's adorable dog takes a liking to her, it could make her summer even better. Too bad Beatrice's owner isn't as sweet and adorable. No, he's the opposite - grumpy and broody and unfortunately, gorgeous. But when Vivienne discovers Xavier isn't what he seems, or more accurately, that he's far more than just a grump, she will find it impossible to resist him.

When Xavier walked away from hockey and into life on his boat with just his dog, the very last thing he ever thought he'd have was a family and a home, love with a sunshiney woman who lights up his life. But is it possible for him to not only have Vivienne and the life he left behind? When faced with a choice, which direction will he go?

Grumpy/sunshine and enemies to lovers are two of my favorite tropes. Hockey? Even better. But then Natasha went and put all three things with a beautiful hero like Xavier just looking for help with his mental health, and an equally beautiful heroine like Vivienne whose heart and arms were infinite, and I fell in love, hard. If I could give this story more than 5 stars, I so would. It's not often that sports romances have the heart this story and this couple has, that this author is the one to write it is not at all a surprise.

Xavier: if it doesn’t positively serve my mental health, I don’t want it.

🤌🏼🤌🏼
February 5, 2023
Words cannot express how happy and grateful that Natasha Madison not only wrote Made For You (Made For #2) but, she brought mental health and depression to the forefront which is rarely talked about and addressed in the sports world. She definitely wrote this book from her heart and she did it in such a tactful, respectful and realistic way.

I just knew that the smart and sassy Vivienne was going to being amazing and she certainly didn’t disappoint me. I loved her assertive personality, she knew what she wanted, she refused to back down and she went all in. When Vivienne bought a boat and told her family that she was going to spend the summer living on it, I was pumping my fists in the air because despite their overprotective behavior and displeasure, she stuck to her guns and she did it anyway. Best decision of her life! And as soon as she met Xavier who’s boat was docked next to hers, I just knew they were going to keep me entertained. They definitely did not disappoint me with their witty and snarky banter that had me chuckling a lot. Although Xavier was annoyed and he tried hard to resist her, he didn’t stand a chance against Vivienne’s sunshine and light as well as her charming and caring nature.

Xavier was definitely one grumpy dude who wanted to avoid any interactions with people at all costs. He was just fine with living on his boat with his lovely and adorable dog Beatrice. He’s a former hockey player and not only did his team put a ridiculous amount of pressure on him, they also failed to support him in all aspects which led to terrible anxiety, panic attacks and severe depression that resulted in him walking away from the thing he loved the most. He’s held this in for a while and I loved that he eventually became comfortable enough to share it with Vivienne and expose his vulnerability. She also had a secret (what a pleasant surprise) that she shared with him and once they exposed their secrets to each other, I definitely felt like this made their connection and bond even stronger. Also, I adored their burning chemistry and their hot and delicious sex was everything.

But let’s be real here, Beatrice was the real MVP in this book. I’ve never loved a dog so much and she was absolutely everything!! She was an amazing support for Xavier and a perfect addition to the story. Made For You was such an endearing, emotional, heartwarming and relatable story. It’s a definite must read!

Those of us long time fans of Natasha’s have long been waiting for Vivienne to finally find her person. And the teaser in Made for Me was seriously amazing. Really all it took was for me to read the words, Vivienne and boat and I was immediately in. IMMEDIATELY. It also made me realize we didn’t know much about Vivienne, especially for being in so many of her siblings and cousins books. She is the friend that is there, but never really tells us much about herself. And friends, I am so happy she guarded herself, because she is so lovely. Vivienne wanted something, made it happen, and got herself a boat (errrr….I mean yacht!) to live on for the summer. From the start it was clear that Vivienne is driven and doesn’t let much stop her. And when she meets the man docked next to her she is so intrigued.
To say Xavier is closed off to the world is a giant understatement, but for good reason. It seemed that the world turned their back on him when he needed them the most. After leaving hockey he sort of goes into hiding. While Xavier might have a small circle of people that he cares about, let tell you this man is loyal but keeps himself guarded to protect himself. You will fall head over heels for this man in a matter of moments, he is really that great.
One of Natasha’s true gifts is she can write an amazing side character, and friends buckle up because Beatrice STEALS the show. She is the absolute best and will instantly become your favorite. I adored how the relationship between her and Xavier was written. The “dialogue” and rules they have made me laugh every.single.time it was brought up on page. I may have said this a time or two, but this book is probably my favorite Natasha Madison book to date. It has the perfect balance of giving us a beautiful book about two people finding their person, and giving us more of the Grant/Stone/Horton families that we all love. If you love a family series filled with overprotective fathers, brothers, and uncles along with strong women that put them in their place this book should definitely be on your TBR list.

When Xavier Montgomery walked away from the game two years ago, he did it to save his life. He’s happy now. Taking things day by day on his boat with his dog Beatrice. But, from the moment he saw his new neighbor, he knew things were going to change.

Vivienne Grant isn’t what anyone expects. When she bought a boat, just for herself, all she wanted was a space all her own where she could be herself away from all of the noise (as loving as it is) from her family. But her new neighbor is grumpy, even if his dog is adorable, and very intriguing.

I know I gush about every one of Natasha Madison’s couples, but there is something about this book that was really special. I adored that Natasha Madison took on the very real issue of mental health and tackled it head on, not sugar coating the effects it can have. I was giddy when we learned Vivienne’s secret (and, nope, I’m not giving it away, but it’s awesome). It was amazing to see the support this couple gave to one another . . . not probing and pushing for answers, but giving the time and space they both needed, while also giving up that space when it wasn’t needed.

It’s always fun to see all of the ever growing Grant / Horton family together with the constant banter and ribbing, but also with the overwhelming love and support they give to everyone they take under their wing.

Vivienne and Xavier were perfect for one another in Made for You. They may start as grumpy / sunshine, but with Vivienne’s kill them with kindness attitude, Xavier’s killer smirk and a matchmaking dog, this couple will steal your heart 5 stars!

Vivienne comes from a multigenerational hockey family. A lot of them have been featured in a few of the authors earlier series.
She’s a positive, funny and nice heroine. She’s very likable and clever.
Xavier was an NHL player who walked away from it all to live on a boat with his dog, living a pretty solitary life. His reasons come to light later in the story and were a great part of the plot. He’s very grumpy with Vivienne when she moves into the boat docked next to his. She handles it well and plays little word and attitude games with him that are funny and give great enemies to lovers heat.
His dog plays a big part in their earlier interactions as she and Vivienne are fast besties.
I liked the story overall, I liked the banter between Vivienne’s huge family.
There’s a bit of a fun surprise about her that’s very cool.
I like the chemistry between the characters, it’s very hot and also quickly becomes emotional.
This story went from enemies to insta love pretty quickly. I wish their enemies banter and the buildup to bigger feelings had been teased a bit more. It’s my personal preference, I’m not usually a fan of insta love.
Overall, I still enjoyed the humor, the romance and the characters journey’s. It’s a sweet, steamy feel good romance.
The characters talk out loud to themselves a lot, it was an interesting style of storytelling. Xavier talks to his dog to be more clear, which is very cute and I’m guilty of doing the same.
The story involves mental health issues, I think it was a great addition to the character and story. It was handled delicately and with minimal details of a disturbing nature.
Fans of the author’s sports series will surely enjoy it and love seeing past characters as I did.

One of the main things I loved about Made For You was how the author wrote a man battling with anxiety, and not just a little anxiety, crippling anxiety. So often men's mental health is brushed under the rug and it's refreshing to see an author write a main male character with panic attacks. While I wish this wasn't a mental illness that needed to be written about, I'm glad to see it as a main part of a man's story.

I also loved how much Xavier fanboyed (is that a word?) over Vivienne's career. I'm always going to fall in love with characters who love to read, especially when that character is a man. And Beatrice - who wouldn't love Beatrice? And the convos Xavier has with Beatrice are so realistic. Anyone who owns a dog knows we talk to them like they're human.

Ok, so maybe I loved Xavier. I didn't realize how much I loved him until I started writing this review and just had more and more things to write about for his character. So romance readers, definitely check this one out!

This is a spinoff series from the Only One series, and I have to go back and read at least Franny and Wilson's story. The tidbits from their story in Made For You are definitely attention grabbing!

Made for you by Natasha Madison was delightful, angsty, emotionally and utterly one of a kind.

Opening the new Natasha Madison’s book is like sitting down to dinner with treasured friends you know are going to make you forget about the world.

If you expect Made For You to be a typical sports book. It wasn't. It was so much more. At the base there is the story of one man determination to speak about mental health, suicide… It was never just about hockey. This beautifully crafted book is about relationships, hard truths, goals, redemption, love and admitting that IT IS OKAY TO NOT BE OKAY.

Vivienne and Xavier were made for each other …I
found their story and the dialogue tremendously compelling.

Vivienne was an outstanding female character- despite being a member of Hockey royalty, she’s quiet, independent and strong minded. She knew her family will not approve of her living alone on a boat… but she did it … she knew her family will lecture her about staying safe and not talking to strangers… but she did… Xavier the grumpy neighbour she loves to hate and his dog.

Can we talk about Beatrice? This dog was everything.

Yes I know I haven’t said much about the story really but I don’t know how … what I know is that:

1-I laughed. I cried. I laughed while I cried.

2-I was so gripped. I feel comforted by this book; by the honesty, insight, compassion, and the beautiful writing.

3- it was absolutely wonderfully crafted so emotional as you can see why it takes a lot of courage for people to make the right decision for themselves…

Made for You by Natasha Madison is a game changer and without a doubt Her best story to date.

It was my favorite book set in this world in quite some time, I loved Xavier and Vivienne!

Vivienne's seemingly crazy idea was already out there at the end of Made For Me. The woman actually bought a freaking boat.
She decided to spend the summer on it and just relax. But she didn't count on having a hot but grumpy ass neighbor.
Xavier's whole world was hockey up until two years ago. He hung up his skates, sold his house, bought a yacht, got a dog, and never looked back. He was happy being alone and undisturbed and definitely didn't count on having a beautiful, sassy new neighbor disturb his little bubble.

I loved Xavier so much and felt his pain, I needed Vivienne to help him heal. They were perfect together and their love made so much sense. It restored my faith in this series because though the last books have been great, I didn't love them as much as the OGs.

Grumpy / Sunshine, enemies to lovers, a tortured hero, a sassy dog named Beatrice and a couple of yachts. Vivienne and Xavier's story had it all. I loved that Natasha touched on more serious issues like depression, anxiety and suicide. She took great care in writing Xavier's character and she nailed it.

It's ok to not be ok!

I loved the banter back and forth between them when they first meet. All Vivienne wanted to do was get away for the summer. Instead she winds up with a grump for a neighbor. Slowly but surely though she wears him down. She starts with Beatrice and then works her way to Xavier. Their relationship just worked, and watching each of them let their guard down to the other and tell their truths was beautiful. There was also plenty of heat and steam and I will NEVER look at the sun pad of a yacht the same way again.

I have loved this family since Cooper & Parker's book that started it all and it always feels like coming home when I read a story with them in it. They are loud, noisey and don't know the meaning if personal space. But man they love hard, they fight for you and they have your back. You can see that clear as day with Xavier. Vivienne was there for him no questions asked. So as an extension, so was her family. They cheered him on and supported him while he got back to the game he loved.

I feel like I could go on and on about these two but just do yourself a favor and read it. You won't regret it.

Wow! Where do I begin to express and explain my thoughts and feelings surrounding this very special story. It's hard to really explain just how special this book is and how special the Grant/Stone family is. I knew Viviennes' book was gonna be special, but her story with Xavier is powerful and one hell of a love story.

This Grumpy, Sunshine story was great, and I loved the role that Beatrice, Xaviers dog, played in keeping these 2 connected. Causing Mr. grumpys heart to melt. Although when you read and hear Xaviers story, you'll completely understand him. His journey is heartbreaking, and it broke me. But like her mother, grandmother, and aunts, Vivienne pulled him onto her world and wanted to protect him from everything and everyone.

Now the details I will leave for you to discover yourself. Make sure you have a few tissues to hand. Now, what is also special is the ongoing family dynamics that make for huge laughs through these books. But the men blew me away with the show of strength and compassion we see from them in this story.

This book is a huge recommend from me. Once again, Natasha Madison has made it on my books of the year list. I just know this whole series is going to be special.

Of course, I would love this one right? I mean, I can pretty much expect to love every single book if it's written by Natasha Madison. I've come to obsess over every book and upcoming book from her. I'm pretty much invested in this world. And Vivienne and Xavier's story is no exception.

Firstly, of course, the close-knit family is always a great cameo. I just loved and welcome them every time. Onto Vivienne and Xavier, I loved them. I absolutely loved Xavier's character especially his vulnerable side that he never shied away from showing. I mean, at least to Beatrice, his dog. I absolutely loved those moments and the minute he shared it with Vivienne, it was game over for me. I fell in love with him immediately. And Vivienne, I loved how much she supports him and made it easy for him to be honest and vulnerable.

From the moment they first met, their journey has always been easy to read. And I loved that the most. The shift in their relationship was kind of abrupt but I don't mind it one bit. I absolutely loved their story but not as much as Michael and Jillian's story. Those two will forever be my number #1.
