I’ve been listening to this Jacki and Mimi from the start and loook forward to each episode. They hit all the right notes for the challenges we women face on a daily basis. And they do it with humor and fun.

I absolutely love this podcast. As a 50 something woman who has had a career at the same global company for over 20 years, so much of what these ladies discuss resonates with me. Every week I find myself nodding my head as I listen to their stories and I always come away feeling less alone. Highly recommend to any woman who is continuing to set goals and create new dreams.

Love this show! As a woman of this generation there are only so many Millennial podcasts I can deal with, and you guys are right on the money with meaningful dialogue for women our age! So thank you. However I have one suggestion: please get better quality microphones. Think Terry Gross, think Ezra Klein, think The Daily, think Post Reports. I don’t think good mics cost much and the benefits far outweigh the cost. There have been numerous studies showing that consumers of audio/visual media are willing to put up with bad video as long as the audio quality is high — so you can imagine the implications for podcasts. Anyway I’ll listen to you guys regardless , but man a good mic would be gratifying to me and other listeners. Thanks for all you do!

I absolutely adore this podcast. The hosts are Knowledgable and engaging. They and their guests highlight so many aspects of navigating careers and life as a Gen X woman. Gen X got their name from being the generation everyone forgot about. Middle age and older women are invisible in our society. I love tuning into this podcast because it makes me feel seen and understood.
