As an artist, teacher and spiritual activist, she uses reflective dialogue and various methods that include the healing arts as catalysts to connect with the whole and assist the individual in awakening healing within the self (the inner child). Her continued PhD research (sound healing, reiki and intuitive coaching) explores inner and outer realities to bring attention to unconventional spaces.
