  • Limited of street parking is available at the New Cumberland Library and Hillside Elementary School. Street parking is available surrounding the event. Please be respectful of residents and avoid blocking driveways.

  • Absolutely! The library is centrally located within the Borough of New Cumberland, so if you can avoid driving, we recommend it. Plus it’s better for the planet!

  • Yes, the library will be open and offering some programs and fun happenings as part of the festival. Be sure to go and check it out.

  • No, this event is rain or shine - we’re celebrating Earth Day after all! In case of extremely bad weather we will move some components of the festival indoors.
