Kristen Corbo and Christina Balestrieri appeared via video at the "Last Stand" Symposium on Defending Judeo-Christian Values on July 17, 2023 at the New Life Assembly Church in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. Like other speakers, they urged parents to pay attention and learn what their children are being taught in our public schools. When they learned that outright pornography like "Gender Queer: A Memoir" was in their public school library, they questioned why it was there, and demanded that it not be available for young children. When not satisfied with how school officials responded, they became candidates in the next school board elections. They won and are now on the school board.
