So many secrets still left to uncover. All the while Emma and Jax embrace their connection and try to move forward and ready to fight to hold on to what they have. In part two of the story Jax North and Emma Knight we’re still no close to knowing the whole truth of what started the war between the two families. So many secrets are still unanswered and the closer they get the more questions they end up with. But through it all it’s quite clear that Jax will stop at nothing to hold on to what he has with Emma. Emma, too, wants to hold on tightly but fears when everything is finally out in the open it will tear them apart. When it comes to suspense and passion the intensity level for book two is only increasing to nail biting levels. I don’t know what’s in store for the conclusion to their story but I’m seriously anxious to find out.

    I loved getting to see all the intense heat, and passion that Emma and Jax have, as well as their warmth and intimacy for one another, as they fight for their connection. But their trust of one another is wavering and their trust is crucial if they are to survive the lies and danger that surround them. Although we do find out a lot more details. It will lead to more and more questions and concerns. Loved getting more of Savage and Walker Security as they strive to protect them.

    With that being said, it is a Great Read! I am just so tired of Cliffhangers.. Can't you just write one bi book and let be ?

    Stepping into the castle in Maine should have been Emma's sanctuary, but within mere minutes she faced a fate similar to Hunter's. It’s clear that some are unimpressed by her presence and are not too eager to welcome her. Jax remains strong in his commitment to protecting her, while they find their footing, professing their love and unveiling their vulnerabilities. Aware of her past, he treads cautiously, determined to shield her from harm's way, but can he protect her?
    Despite hiring a security team, they discover they have a few flaws in the system, especially when someone strikes at random times. Emma’s brother Chance starts to act suspiciously, prompting her to question his truthfulness and potential involvement in Hunter's death. As the emotions between Jax and Emma continue, she questions if she should stay and give their love a fighting chance, especially when it seems the universe is hellbent on destroying them.
    The author tantalizes you with hints all the way through, just when you think you know who and what, another angle is played, leaving you questioning yourself as to who did it and why.
    And while I am enjoying the story, again at times, I felt this dragged with too much push and pull between the main characters. The plot, however, leaves you wanting more, and the secondary characters leave you questioning them and if they are players. So overall I did enjoy this, and will continue to find out “Who did it?”

Secrets and Truths start to come out. You need to read this for yourself though because I'm not telling. You are still kept on the edge of your seat by the time you end this one and are going to beg for the final book. I love Jax and Emma together. They are sexy and have this pull that you can't deny. Plus, the connection, chemistry and push/pull between Emma and Jax has really kicked up a few notches. Which for me made it all the more enjoyable and enthralling to read. And with a jaw dropping cliff-hanger, lots of twists and turns and plenty of secrets revealed I was entirely hooked. And honestly, I can't wait for the conclusion of this story.

    This series is good. I love the connection between Emma and Jax The struggles between their emotions for one another and their family keeps it interesting. Though the passion scenes are hot and heavy and very well written there's just way too many of them. The first two books in this trilogy could have all been in one book. With the amount of love scenes in the series how is anything getting done .
    Too many scenes like this truly don't add anything to the story it takes away from it in my point of view.
