I just can't say enough about How heartbreakingly beautiful this story is. It's so real that you can't go and read it without having emotions/reactions, whether it be happy, crying laughing, or loss. The author captures every emotion that you can possibly have and makes you fall in love with the characters in the book. The continued mention of mental health and domestic abuse, as hard as it may be, I appreciated because it brings light to these topics that a lot of people won't talk about. I can't wait to read more about Donovan, Sadie and all of the other characters I've love grown to love in this series.

Having read the whole Beautiful Broken Pieces series so far ot is hard to find the words. Simply Emotional Perfection. This book will bring you in to the world the characters live in. You will get to experience all of the heart pounding emotions they go through in this book. From book 1 to 4 you see the character growth, the heartache, the love, the good, the bad, the life struggles, the ability to keep moving forward. This book brought the characters so far and so many questions answered. Be prepared this one is a Doozy in the best possible way! This is probably my favorite so far. I cant wait for book 5! Ohh if you love this book as much as I did. I found shes got a facebook page, a news letter, and facebook Group. Even looks like her ARC Team is open! THIS IS A MUST READ! JUST A FANTASTIC READ!

Well, here we are once again with I.S.A. Bella and the Beautiful Broken Pieces series. We are now onto book 4 of the series title He Loved me. I can honestly say that I love this series. These books will soon find a permanent home on my trophy shelf.
It seems that no matter what Sadie does, her past keeps coming back to bite her. She thinks that her and Donovan have everything out in the open, and there are no more secrets or surprises waiting in the wings just waiting in the wings waiting to destroy everything they are building together. But, instead of giving into the obstacles, Sadie decides to focus on all the good and positive things that she has going for her and Donovan at the moment.
Knowing that everything lies in the future, not in the past, Donovan focuses on his future and all the success it holds. Focusing on his education, baseball, family, and Sadie, he's focused and determined to create the best life for them all. But, once again, it feels like life and fate is trying to rip it all away from him and decimate everything he's worked for and built with Sadie.
Before I go any further, I have to warn you that this book does contain topics that can be triggering. YOUR MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS!! Know your triggers. Topics discussed in this book include mental health, mature content, adult language, and disturbing matters that may trigger an emotional response.
For the last three books, I have said this, and I will say it again, these books are not really standalone books. The best way to read these books are in the order that they are written.
I can honestly say that my heart and emotions are still a wreck after reading this one. I went on one wild adventure and honestly I read this a few weeks after suffering a death in my family and while reading has been an escape for me, I think in a lot of ways, this hightened my emotions in this read. My emotions took a lot of shocks, and I'm still recovering from those.
I love the way that Donova supports Sadie at all costs, and I know they have been through it all in the short time since they have been back together. No matter who is against them or no matter the odds, he is always there, having her back, even when everyone else is against them.
I love the strength and resilience that Sadie has through everything that she has had to face and how she has managed to find herself again. I adored how she even found the resilience to support Donovan and help him follow his dreams. The strength, loyalty, and love she has are an inspiration to us all. The way she embraced all of Donovan's love and accepted it freely was just a wonder to behold.
And then that little revelation, well I guess it's little but not so little revelation at the end, I wasn't prepared for that and Oh My God! I just can't wait to get my hands on the next book. I want to see how this all plays out and see how the story ends, although I will admit I am not prepared to say goodbye to characters that I love. Oh wait, there are still two more books in the series, so it's not quite that time yet. We will still have a bit more time with our dynamic duo before we have to say goodbye.
He Loved Me has all the angst, drama, fear, heartbreak, healing, forgiveness, acceptance, surprise, love, devotion, and oh so much more you could want. I highly suggest you pick this series up and read it for yourself.

This is the fourth installment of this series and shouldn’t be read as a standalone. Check the trigger warnings before reading, this book isn’t as dark as the previous, but there are definitely some things that could be triggering.
My heart and emotions still broke and went on a wild adventure, but my heart is slowly piecing back together and my emotions are recovering from the shock they took. Poor Donovan and Sadie can’t seem to catch a break. They have definitely been through a lot in their short time. I love that their love, loyalty and bond is stronger than ever before. I love the way he supports Sadie through every heartbreaking event she experiences. I love that he doesn’t turn his back on her and stands up for their relationship when others seem to be against them.
I loved that Sadie was able to find herself again, even after all these events from previous books and this one. I love that she pushed and supported Donovan to follow his dreams. I love her strength, loyalty and love. I was so happy to see her embrace Donovan’s love and support.
I definitely was not expecting that revelation at the end! I’m so excited to read the next book in this series to see how their story ends. It will be interesting but also bittersweet. I don’t want it to end, but I am hoping to see them again in the future if I.S.A. Bella decides to write stories for the supporting characters (which I am really hoping she does)!

This is a gut-wrenching series that follows the story of Sadie and Donovan, childhood friends with a bond like no other. They reunite in their late teens, and the their story is a roller coaster ride of emotions. If you haven't read the first 3 books, you need to stop now and go read them first!
ISA Bella left us with yet again, another cliffhanger at the end of book 3!!!! This book picks up right where we left off and quickly dives us into another grief stricken situation. Reading this book is emotionally draining and throughout the series, I find myself wondering how much more one person can take. Sadie's past and present have been so traumatic, and I have been yearning to get a glimpse of some happiness for her. This book completely takes us there. We finally see moments between Sadie and Donovan that don't end in tragedy. We get to see their relationship evolve into so much more than just protecting each other. The sweet, simple moments bring their friendship and love to the next level for me. Even though we get these happy moments, ISA Bella doesn't leave us in them, she finds new ways to rip my heart out and put it back together. This book has many twists and turns, but will finally leave you with a somewhat satisfying ending while we await the release of the 5th and final book of Sadie and Donovan's story.

The much-anticipated book 4, "He Loved me" did not disappoint. It was definitely everything I had hoped it would be, and more!! I.S.A. Bella is such an amazing writer and really writes in a way that makes you feel like you are there, present, with the characters. The emotionality of the book sucks you in and you find yourself riveted to the pages as the book progresses. As I have read the series, I kept asking myself "how much more can one endure and still survive?" Well, we find out that the human spirit is amazing and that even when you are at your most broken, having unconditional love and support will anchor you amidst all of the trials and tribulations you can face. Sadie is the anchor for Donovan, and Donovan is that anchor for Sadie. Time and time again, we see this unwavering, unconditional love. Sadie is also fortunate to have a group of friends who would do anything for her and vice versa. We find out about forgiveness and how to move past trauma even after being hurt repeatedly. There are some twists in the book that I was not expecting, and it also set up the book nicely. All in all, I believe that this is a series that is an absolute must read!!

He Loved Me ( Beautiful Broken Pieces Book # 4 ) Sadie and Donovan’s journey continues and man was it a emotional rollercoaster. All the emotions I felt while reading I’m not even sure I have the right words to really express them all . One second I would be speechless, the next I would be so frustrated I found myself yelling and almost throwing my iPad across the room . Then my heart would feel like it was being ripped outta my chest with tears streaming down my face. But I also smiled, laughed and rooted so freaking hard . I really do not want to give any details away in regards to how everything unfolds but what I will say is expect the unexpected and definitely keep the tissues close by . He Loved Me is genuinely one of most beautifully written and emotional love stories ( well for that matter the entire series is ) . Sadie and Donnie have gone through so much to be together and are still facing so many obstacles. It’s about time they get their happily ever after . But the question is do they ? Well your just going to have to find out for yourself.

I’m all over the place with my feelings. My poor heart is sad more than I am. I think from the shock of Donovan and Sadie not getting a break. It honestly feels like they are never gonna win at this point, but you always gotta have that faith. The one thing that so far has stayed intact is their love, loyalty, and their bond is now stronger than ever. Donnie seems like he really is out there to support Sadie.
A city has definitely stepped up and instead of pushing and supporting More to follow his dreams. And I was definitely not expecting to still be intact with us with the book of a series. You know it’s like a movie the first ones usually the best and from there it’s you know the story. It is something you need to read to truly understand where any of this is coming from.

In this forth instalment of the series it seems like poor Sadie and Donovan just can't catch a break!
This are improving though it may not alway seem like it and they are determined to see the positives in their lives. These two go through so much in high school that most would go through in their lives! They are an amazing couple, making sure they check in with one another and doing everything they can to make things better for the other. The have many ups and downs to navigate and this story keeps you so engaged and invested in them that you don't want to put it down! Not much can really be said without giving too much away. So much happens in this story and I cannot wait for the next book to find out what happens next. What ever it is, I have faith that Shorty, Donovan and all their friends and family will find a way to get to their HEA

Oh my I.S.A. Bella has done it again. The first three books of this series has you on the edge of your seat, screaming, yelling at the characters, baffled, crying, mind blowing endings, He loved me yes at the beginning had you doing all the same things but then half way into the book it pulls your heart strings, has you leaking tears in almost every chapter, wondering what happens to Shorty, Donnie, Sophie and the baby, then the last like 3 chapters BAM SLAP IN THE FACE, WHAT THE **** JUST HAPPENED, HOW IS IT POSSIBLE, OMG MIND BAFFLING FOR SURE, SO HAVE TO READ THIS SERIES. THIS BOOK IS DEFINITELY A 10/5 STARS ⭐ FOR ME I DONT C@RE WHAT ANYONE ELSE SAYS. Well written, well played, great characters, great storyline, Keep the Amazing writing coming I.S.A. I can't get enough of this series. I never want it to end. This one ended perfectly! Poor Jo. I knew it in my heart, but I didn't want to get my hopes up. What he must have went through breaks my heart. These kids, especially Sadie, have gone through so much in their short lives. This one had a lot of moments that brought tears to my eyes. Sadie and Donnie truly have something special if it can withstand all that they have been through. The character growth they both experienced throughout this entire series has been amazing to watch, but especially in this book. I highly recommend you stop what you're reading and start this series! I promise you won't want to stop. I can't wait to see what's next!

I really really loved the series so far. The cliffhanger makes me want to read the next book now. He loved her hard and she loved him so much that all she wanted to do was keep him safe. I liked the way her best friend was always there for her and so were her other friends. All of them tried to help Sadie and they were there for her and her baby too. I was glad that her mother woke up. It was sad obout her brother and that she really found out what happened to him. I can't wait to see what happens next. My feelings were there with them thru the series so far.

Sadie and Donovan's story has been such a rollercoaster of emotion and this latest chapter of it is no different. The world is really throwing everything it has at these two and they are holding onto each other with all they have.

Sadie wants to move on with her life, but the surprises just keep coming, threatening to destroy everything she has worked for, while Donovan is determined to create a life with her. When once again their life together is threated, with their love and devotion help them overcome the obstacles in their path?
This is a well written action packed, emotional roller coaster, which is easy to read, with family, friendships, challenges, survival, drama, romance, and love, which leads to an unpredictable, tragic, twisted, and entertaining page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

I.S.A. Bella did it again. He Loved Me is the 4th book in the Beautiful Broken Pieces series and it continues to follow the story of Donavan and Sadie. If you haven’t read the other books start with them first. It is a continuation of the previous books in the series. This book pick right up where book 3 ended. Please check the trigger warnings and if you can’t handle it don’t read it. This series hits on some very real situations that happen. This book is beautifully written and keeps you guessing on what’s going to happen. It’s heart breaking, exciting, sad, depressing but she still gives you so many happy moments too. It is literally an emotional rollercoaster.

This is the 4th instalment in Sadie and Donovan's story and their path is still not smooth running. The surprises are still coming along with revelations. I'm not sure how much Sadie can take! honestly I'm not sure how she is still standing but it probably has something to do with the family she has chosen to be around her.
This truly is a story of love overcoming everything thrown at them. Now they have each other they can survive pretty much everything and have.
This was gripping from beginning to end. I have been excitedly waiting for this one all week after devouring the previous books last weekend and I was not let down with it. It was well written and filled with love, adoration, friendships, drama, pain and betrayal mixed with healing and strength.

This one might have been my favorite so far mainly because of the writing style. You feel all the characters emotions.
I feel this one wasn’t as hard to read mainly bc the characters had so much growth this book. The author dives deeper into the true depth of some of the characters when you find out some big truth bombs.
The only reason I took a .5 away is bc of errors which i honestly feel beta readers should catch. Otherwise the story is strong and moving.
You do need to read the books in order!

He loved me is book 4 in the Beautifully Broken Pieces series by author ISA Bella. This is a continuation of the Donovan and Sadie life story that is full of tragedy, love, and romance. ISA Bella has found a way that despite this being book 4 in the series to keep readers intrigued! Keep each book unique! All while staying true to the development of the overall story! Highly recommend not only this book but also this series!

Ugh this series has pulled me in so many directions and I LOVED IT! Seeing the growth of all of these characters from book 1 through book 4 has been such a treat! So many twists and turns you can’t help but keep reading until the very last page! The surprise twists at the end….OMG 😲 I never saw it coming! I can’t wait for you all to read it!

Best of the best series! Hands down! I can’t say enough about this series and this book. One of my favorite authors now. The story structure is perfection. The buildup is amazing. The best page turner series by far!! Definitely recommend this series. There is so much packed in each book you have to absorb every word as it is all beautifully well said.

WOW!!! I have no words to express what I just read. This author is freaking amazing! I love her writing style and the way she reels you in with every word and emotion. This book was full of action and suspense! This book is the best thus far. The ending just blew me away! I cried and wanted to scream in happiness. I cannot wait until the final book. She is finding out alot of secrets about her father and other crazy stuff. They all have just graduated and are getting ready to go to the university/college. She is been thru alot with each hospital visit and etc. She just learned a huge secret that will rock your mind. The cliffhanger is an awesome piece of news. I can't wait to find out what happens next.

Enjoyed the plot developments in this one. I’ve read them all back to back so far so going to take a little break before continuing as some parts in this one felt a bit repetitive but I think that’s just because of how I am reading them.
