Theme – In a world where so many dark things go bump in the night, terror awaits around every corner as these authors take horror stories to the next level.

Theme – All love stories with a happily ever after. Valentine-themed preferred, but not required. All genres accepted.

BETWEEN REALMS

Theme – All stories involving dimension travel. Love knows no bounds as these characters stumble across people from other realms and form close bonds. But everyone must return home in the end, even though it may not be forever (or is it). *Literature examples include: Outlander, A Wrinkle in Time, The Golden Compass, etc.

REACH FOR THE STARS

Theme – All contemporary fiction stories. Must feature a character overcoming various obstacles to reach their goals. Can be based on true stories. *Example literature includes: Dumplin’, Good Luck With That, The Fault in Our Stars, etc.

Word Count – 3,000-20,000
Theme – All mermaids (and their kin), kraken (sea monsters), underwater civilizations, etc. stories are welcome. All genres are accepted.

Theme – All pirate stories are welcome. The more monsters, the better. All genres accepted.
