This toolkit has been developed to support Wessex PCNs and GP Practices to provide high quality care for people living with or at risk of cancer.

It is a resource for the whole primary care team, both clinical and non-clinical, and brings together local and national information, best practice guidance, useful tools and links to further resources and training.

The toolkit can also help you to deliver the 2023/24 PCN DES Early Cancer Diagnosis Requirements, and the WCA Prevention and Earlier Diagnosis LIS.
